Hard to accept an email from @virginmedia stated our new 360 box is £27 cheaper for new customers, but we’re an existing customer so we have to pay more. They may as well have signed off the email with ‘f*ck you’.

@virginmedia The forums are a no-no. I follow the link and then log in, it takes me to the Virgin Media home page. When I try to get to the forums from a logged in page it gives me HTTP status 400 - Bad request. Looks like you have more to fix than I thought.

@virginmedia @jackbremer @vmbusinesshelp IMHO virgin media is one of the worst for reliability connection, I pay for 500M and I constantly have issues just having video calls with my remote team, I would not mind paying more for a better reliable service, I get nowhere near 500M on the crap HUB!
