@virginmedia your trains are a joke! Whatis the point of reserving 4 seats as a family and having confirmation of my seat numbers, then when getting on the train it says unreserved and i have rude people refusing to move out of seats so i cannot sit with my family!! Terrible

@virginmedia I did... Apparently this was not showing on their screen and everything was showing as 'fine' so it was a bit frustrating because neither using WiFi or my mobile network (other company) would allowed me to access my account. A virtual technician was booked this week tho 🤞🏼 😔
