    @virginmedia @bushwacka_ofc @nordoffrobbins Sorry, but the worst customer experience I have EVER endured, just moved mobile, home phone and broadband over to you from BT - been trying to resolve issue with mobile all last week, the Cust Service is shocking, would NEVER use again, yes fibre is quick, but that's it.

    @virginmedia The forums are a no-no. I follow the link and then log in, it takes me to the Virgin Media home page. When I try to get to the forums from a logged in page it gives me HTTP status 400 - Bad request. Looks like you have more to fix than I thought.

    @virginmedia @jackbremer @vmbusinesshelp IMHO virgin media is one of the worst for reliability connection, I pay for 500M and I constantly have issues just having video calls with my remote team, I would not mind paying more for a better reliable service, I get nowhere near 500M on the crap HUB!

    @Calif73 @virginmedia I'm not quite sure about the support team but I'm very sure @utopiantechh will get you exactly what you need without wasting a second of your time, Thanks to him I was able to get my account fixed and also secured, they really saved me a lot of stress
