    @virginmedia No TV from 23rd December till 29th! Got a new box fitted, okay for about a week then started playing up again! Spent 3 hours on the phone Thursday night trying to sort to no avail...need an engineer to come out again...but no idea how to arrange!! Terrible service 😑

    Don't be fooled by #virginmedia their service is beyond BAD. Go to someone else like Sky if you can. Yes, their internwt might be faster, but that's only when you can get it working half the time!
