@virginmedia your trains are a joke! Whatis the point of reserving 4 seats as a family and having confirmation of my seat numbers, then when getting on the train it says unreserved and i have rude people refusing to move out of seats so i cannot sit with my family!! Terrible

@mouthwaite @virginmedia We had exactly same prob with bt. Found out after several visits and several hours on phone we didn't have the correct hub for speeds we were paying for. For 6 months we were paying for superfast speeds which we were never getting. Hopefully all sorted and refunded

@virginmedia Again, which I've said repeatedly in this thread as well as at least the last month, whether its wired or wireless devices connected my router is cutting out and devices lose connection. My signal range also awful and shortening. No specific times of the day, constant all day.
