    @virginmedia how difficult it was trying to cancel a contract that's got less than 2 weeks left to run. Cant be charging people to cancel a contract with that amount of time. Plus you took more money off me last bill. Ridiculous customer service

Another friend has similar problems, about a mile from Diane. Paying for 350mbps, getting ~20mbps. Not good enough!
