@virginmedia been on the phone 1hour. 10 mins 2 departments both passed me on trying to get technical help, line went dead ,now waiting again 20 mins in. Wouldn’t mind I have gone for a bigger package not trying to cancel .

@virginmedia Stay disconnected should be the tag 1 hour waiting to get through on the phone to get a 24 hour fix to go back the next day to the same no connection They direct you to the web but it does not answer your question My recommendation dont trust a virgin experience no

@virginmedia So it’s better to stop being a customer and then rejoin as a new customer, rather than be loyal to a company? Makes no sense. Likewise, £25/month difference for the same deal is a massive “welcome offer / discount” or to put it another way, a £450 penalty for being loyal.

Hey @virginmedia Intelligent wifi pods... First one connected no problem, second one won't connect (constant flashing white light c. 72hrs+). Called to get a third/replacement, this one doing same thing. How do I reset / check conenction? Already tried full reset of Hub4 + 24hrs?

@MrNickKnowles @virginmedia @VodafoneUK He's just been put on a training course with them, so far half have supposedly already left but come to take his first live calls, took over a hour to try and help them, but was unable to sort it for them, but they're getting inexperienced people to deal with these situations.

@GMB hi. The same happened to me with my husband’s Virgin Media account. He passed away and VM chased me for over 12 months, to get payment for the final bill. It was so awful and I was literally crying on the phone when the person was very aggressive and nasty to me.

@virginmedia Box arrived a week later. Wouldn't boot up. 1 week wait for an engineer. Engineer came, said there was x problem with the line. 2 week wait for another engineer. They arrived yesterday. Couldn't sort it. Now have to wait for another 2 weeks for another engineer.
