    @virginmedia A member of the family has dementia and now gone into care home so need to cancel the policy, we have power of attorney which should be noted from last time we sent it to you but they wouldn’t help as they said they can’t deal with us for this situation

    @virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

    Why does @virginmedia keep going down in the OX5 area. This is the 4th time since Christmas. Furthermore you can’t get through to anyone to discuss it.

    @virginmedia I have called VM, i have spoken. The issue was supposed to be sorted within 48 hours and wasn't so I called again and was told that an engineer will come and sort it out which was supposed to be 2 days ago . All together its been now 9 days with Internet issue and nothing.

    The social media folks at @virginmedia need new jobs. Their employer is the reason that their day consists of being treated like **** and talked down to. BUT HEY! That's what Virgin Media do best.. treat everyone like ****. Lutz Schuler is useless. Prove me wrong.

    @virginmedia my broadband has not worked properly for weeks. Your service status page says everything is fine. When I call I have to listen to 60-90 mins of awful hold music before being cut off or fobbed off. Is there an easier way!? And now you’re putting up the price!

    @MoneySavingExp I received the email from.@virginmedia to say my bill was going up £3.50. I've spoken to numerous different people at Virgin, half say it is going up on my package, half say it is incorrect and so won't let me cancel. Worried it will go up. Don't know what to do?

    @virginmedia Hi NB, I tried that and it nothing works still. I had no choice but to go into my office to be able to work, which isn’t very safe in this current climate. Still at work and can’t turn on my lights remotely via Alexa meaning the BB’s still down 🙁
