    @virginmedia Hi John, my wifi has gone down 4 times since last night, we’ve reset it on the box twice this morning alone and it still keeps dropping … can’t get through to anyone on the phone and website says they won’t send anyone out for another 24 hours and only if the wifi stays down ???

    @virginmedia Just being able to access pages for support and settings etc. lots of “oops” errors and not loading. This is a small issue, speeds around the house are not good either. Disappointing.

    @virginmedia He wasn't helpful, just told me again how much my bill was going to be and when it was due. Not helping resolve my issue at all. Our call ended and I've submitted the complaint online.

    @virginmedia £44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃

    @virginmedia Yes, the fault dates back from the 25th August and hopefully a fix will be made tomorrow, if not an engineer is booked for next week. When I finally got through the team were very helpful

    @virginmedia I’m currently on hold. My mum is in her 70’s and waited in for an engineer only for them to send a text 10mins before to say you were coming in the 26th. The original appointment was the 21st and her TV service has been down for well over a week.

    Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

    @virginmedia I said no in my previous message. I have online work to do with my work and my son's home schooling. There is no chat needed. I just need an engineer sent here as I asked for days ago to fix the problem upstairs. Please arrange an engineer to be sent tomorrow.

    @virginmedia The broadband is dropping in and out, and the range in the house is poor. Ive reset the box and checked all the connections. Your self test tools seem to indicate the problem is inside the house

    @virginmedia We’ve had no broadband for 5 days now! Technicians were supposed to turn up between 1-6 today to repull a cable, but no sign of them. Got batted about on the phone, with no insight into when this might be resolved. Any help greatly appreciated!
