    @virginmedia Okay, we'll try again tomorrow. I'm sure you're aware I've lodged a complaint already as very unhappy with the level of service from your agents. I needed this sorting over a week ago and now Virgin have taken another £129 for another month🙄

    @virginmedia Yes,rebooted hub plenty of times. Lights flashing randomly. Registered for text service for service issues and just received one saying useage outing registered and est repair time now 26/09/19.another 2 days of problems. This affects my work at home. Need to cancel and go to Sky

    @virginmedia No difference at all when hub rebooted, Broadband still off and no way of getting through to your teams either by phone or via website to report ‘total lack of connection ‘ ! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. 😡

    Dont you love. Being on hold to @virginmedia .. for 27 minutes to finally get thru. To then be told your bill has doubled because your contract expired. Then to have the phone put down on you 😂😂😂😂😂

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    @virginmedia Yes and all it did was tell me that our kitchen is a WiFi dead zone... The main issue is that we have loads of devices and I think we are overloading our hub’s capabilities.

    @virginmedia your customer service team is abysmal! Trying to get in touch with your pre install team, as you seem to think it’s okay to push back an install by 10 days without any information as to why, so helpful when your a homeworker and have already taken the day off work!!

    @virginmedia That's the gist of what has happened to date. Multiple complaints outstanding, all of which are lies or failed promises. Not happy at all, told I can pay £200+ to leave early as only alternative. Feeling massively unvalued, particularly as I've been with VM with no issues for yrs

    @virginmedia sent a text using the BOT service you have. If I call, I will have to go through the hassle of explaining everything to someone from scratch again, probably only to not be handled adequately. I would prefer this was investigated and I was called, as a manager was supposed to
