    @virginmedia I've moved house but remained a customer with no break in payments. As you can see, I was explicitly told to ignore my 'new' contract as it was just a formality with no changes to terms and I can't see any mention of paying two months at once.

    @virginmedia not long after that because I immediately received a high bill but was told it takes 30 days to set up, so I accepted that. I've messaged & emailed about all this before & gave up because of poor or non-response. It's frustrating. I'm very busy and don't have time to keep chasing

    @virginmedia Cheers for the top. Yes, tv & broadband services issues with an estimated fix time of 23:55. I may have to crack open the Scrabble & the candles. Now I know how people felt in the black outs during the war!

    @virginmedia Yes, the Complaints team have just parroted the same statements back to me without listening to me as an actual person and advised me to talk to the movers team, which is confusing as the Complaints team should be the overall team to raise a complaint with, not just hand it off.

    Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

    @virginmedia I called the mobile team at the start of the year to put a £5 cap on my mobile contract which my daughter uses but have now received a bill for £29 and discovered the cap was never put on. CS on the phone insisted I've never called about this but I know for a fact I did....

    @SimonADouglas @virginmedia We have the occasional internet problem but since the last announced 'update' the hub seems to be resetting itself. Doesn't matter to the 'wired' machines but obviously disconnects the WiFi! Irritating as the restart times are long and inputting the names/password is a pain 🙄

    @virginmedia @richardbranson @BBCWatchdog @joelycett So, while off sick with anxiety, I thought I'd deal with one issue; Virgin Media wanting two months (which we cannot afford) at once as we've moved house. I thought it was an error but turns out it's bad business at play. Look.

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @virginmedia I've already tried calling. The agent wouldn't accept what I was saying and basically called me a liar so I tweeted you & you advised me to file a complaint on the website to which I've received no response at all. I feel my only chance of a result is to take it to CISAS.

    @virginmedia I've done that and No Network issues found. Also checked the devices list, some have poor connection when upstairs but when I use your signal checker in each room it says there is a strong signal.

    @virginmedia Tried for over an hour to remove a service from my package and I have been cut off 3 times after being transferred to the correct team. I’m a long term customer and paid a lot of money. The service needs to be better! How am I meant to speak to anyone?

    @virginmedia Yep & it’ll be fixed on 28th. Problem I have is that my broadband has been useless ever since I joined Virgin 6 months ago so I just don’t believe it - the same experience that was shown on watchdog. Plus I’m paying full price £65 a month for a service that I can’t even steam tv

    @virginmedia PlayStation is another issue, can’t ever lay any games on that. It’s not Sony’s fault, the PlayStation is fine offline. It’s the internet connection.

    @virginmedia 47 minutes on hold and 45 second phone call for someone to tell me nothing at all! All I want to do is order a Wi-fi pod or maybe 2 and find out about intelligent Wi-fi plus and your website says as I’m a 1Gig customer it’s free and first pod may we’ll be free too.
