@virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

@virginmedia My home telephone line has been out of service for 10+ days . An engineer came to fix it Friday (last) 30th said fault was with service and would be repaired by Monday 2nd Nov. I've left numerous requests for response on website but no reply!

@virginmedia @Ofcom I went through all those tips multiple times outcome.your customer service apparently decided to order for us some sort of booster? No booster, no change, rubbish WiFi like it was. Just don’t bother as you don’t want or know how to help. We will go with @Ofcom #moneyfornothing
