Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃

Judy Lee (@DorisLee1966) reported from Dudley, England@virginmedia I’ve called and called l’ve used the chat line numerous times. A agent opened a complaint in early feb l received a letter saying all sorted when it wasn’t there are 2 complaints outstanding and my accounts are still wrong.

The process still isn’t sorted out lm being charged incorrectly and it won’t be put right until complaints sort it out. I’m still waiting for complaints the service for broadband and the customer is poor and very stressful
