    @virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

    @virginmedia I got a notification that you are doing some work in IG8 area and the Internet is down. The notice says that this can be down untio 6pm. You understand people are working from home. So why would you choose a weekday to do this. How do you expect us to log in

    @virginmedia Please help: TiVo box faulty; system said it was due to area fault in GU21 area and would be fixed Weds 2 Dec @ 16.15. It isn’t. Unable to reach anyone to book a callout. Where are all the call centre staff UK and RoW? Thanks
