@virginmedia As you can imagine, this has been discussed with many of your team, at length, with no resolution. The response is shambolic. Virgin is seemingly incapable of providing any service whatsoever in our case. Disappointing doesn't cover it, shockingly inept is a start.

@virginmedia Yes,rebooted hub plenty of times. Lights flashing randomly. Registered for text service for service issues and just received one saying useage outing registered and est repair time now 26/09/19.another 2 days of problems. This affects my work at home. Need to cancel and go to Sky

@virginmedia I think some urgent training is required from the ground up! I’ve spoke to 4 different people and been told it’s four different things either way Virgin Landlines are now useless as when broadbands down you cannot make any urgent calls to any priority services!
