    @virginmedia Was going to ask what problem was with your TV service in Wall Heath, West Mids. But looks like large swathes of country is down. Error code W02 doesnt mean anything. (Can't your service cope with warm weather?) No hope of watching @GreggAWallace and Masterchef Final

    @virginmedia Says the equipment is fine, I’ve optimised it and still no improvements, ran speed tests which said Internet was good in the lounge which online speed tests come out as 10mbs and kitchen is poor with 1mbs

    @virginmedia After 1hr and 20mins I eventually got through, took some doing to sort out as the person on the phone didn't speak very good English but give me a decent deal. Still very poor customer service mind

    @virginmedia 3. ….sent nearly 500 WhatsApp messages on your chatbot to sort this and I am still no further forward. This is awful customer service.

    @virginmedia You have to realise the frustration this causes people, you are upping the rates ridiculously and hoping that people will just give up because of the standard of customer service offered, it's not honest or good enough.

    @virginmedia It doesn't matter when you call, the lines are constantly busy and I was cut off 3 times this morning before ever being able to speak to someone. No customer should be waiting over 9 hours!
