    @virginmedia a customer of yours for years. Had a cpi increase letter to say leave with out penalty. Competitor massively cheaper than you for faster speeds. Only to be told by a colleague I have to pay £110 to leave today?

    @virginmedia Rebooted several times. Wi-Fi works fine, it’s just the VPN. Automated message says there’s still an issue.

    Very disappointed w/ @virginmedia. They suddenly increase my bill and when I try to access my account they say that the password is not correct (it is). I ask for the pass to be reset but the reset email never arrives. I call and they say IT will fix it in 48, it has been a week!

    @virginmedia A week without service. A spade went through your cable in my garden—your engineer later confirmed it was laid just under topsoil. I called twice, clearly reported it as external, yet you sent an internal engineer. Still not fixed.
