@virginmedia Thanks, there was nothing listed. However I discovered via local media there was a major outage near Dumbarton, however there was nothing on the website or app. The call centre didn't know either. Lasted most of the day. Pretty poor Comms.

Worst customer service ever from @O2 Raised a complaint, several weeks later they tried to contact me but I was driving so they closed the complaint!!!! And all of this is due to the incompetence of the staff at the Livingston branch 😡 @virginmedia

@virginmedia Hi @virginmedia it is now over 2 days since I have been unable to login in to my virgin media account or access Sky Sports via the Sky Sports App or via internet. When will this be fixed and where is the communication explaining the fault.
