    @virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

    The @virginmedia customer service can’t understand one simple request and problem, passing my housemate between pillar and post for hours on the phone and making broken promises. Seriously useless. Oh and the internet speed has been crap and not as advertised for months - avoid

    I just listened to your fuzzy hold music for 18 minutes @virginmedia, went through the same security Q’s multiple times, only for the phone to cut off as I explained my issue. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND!!!!! Can someone call me back to do this please

    @virginmedia We have engineer visit today so hopefully they can resolve. However it is vertically impossible to get to speak to one of your agents. That is really not good customer service. I tried to have the online chat on a weekday btw sonshould have been available after 6

    @virginmedia Tried to call today waited for 20mins to get through finally got through to customer service and then they had to put me through the escalations team and as soon as i got through the operator pretended he could not hear then dropped the phone.

    7 days time to no more bad service, disrupted TV and broadband service of Virgin Media. I'm saving myself £600 plus increased prices annually. So downsizing technology and reducing carbon footprint = 1 fone, mobile data and 1 computer. Will only have what I use! TV is next. Yay

    @virginmedia Called back, held for another 15mins, was finally put through to the correct dept & have cancelled. I just want to say how rude the agent turned when I declined the offer to stay, & once it was all done he just cut the call off. Glad I made the right decision #virginmedia

    @CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia So I’ve continued to check the online status of my complaint & there is absolutely nothing there. It took me almost 20 minutes to fill out the form yesterday before being submitted. Any idea why this has happened. Everything I try and get done with Virgin Media continually fails

    @virginmedia I have just come off a 30mph so + call with your call centre. (James) He could not diagnose the problem. He tried to pass me through to FMS. They wouldn't take the transferred call. They told him they 'were not taking calls' and they would ring me back within 48-72 hours. (Cont)

    @drpoco @virginmedia Well done. I got nowhere with them. I learned now to always check what early contract exit terms are. I couldn’t believe that it applied to me when I hadn’t actually initiated a contract exit, despite the rubbish service.
