    @virginmedia I need to speak to someone urgently about Virgin showing a missed payment on my credit history back in August 2018, when I cancelled my internet back in June 2018 (which was made incredibly difficult by poor customer service at the time)

    @virginmedia Please give me the contact address I guess I will compile the complaint in full and send it to whom ever overseas Virgin’s false advertising, breach of contract and not fit for purpose service I cannot see that Virgin give a toss about their customers or trying to sort internet

    .@virginmedia not having the best customer services experience, and it's not due to Corona. 1st time around I was cut off. 2nd time, CSR couldn't get her system to work, but he colleagues was working, yet she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to them, so I'd need to call back.

    @virginmedia I have been trying for over 4 weeks to cancel my current package which we had as a special offer for the past year, i have received a bill which which is full price!, finally today my husband got through she was rude and hung up. HELP!!

    Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

    @virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and don’t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

    @virginmedia Yep no known issues, I even tested my kit on the app and no know issues. The speed seems to have gone up now but still keeps disconnecting intermittently which is the main issue! Any idea why this is happening all over the UK?

    Virgin media #virginmedia are the worst customer services, once again being cut off when being put through to complaints, after 20 years of loyalty I am looking at leaving, can’t guarantee the speeds they promise, absolutely useless.

    @virginmedia I’m reading lots of cases on here from people not just in London complaining about the same thing, it doesn’t reboot it just stops working for about half a minute then starts working again. I’m paying a premium price for this service and wouldn’t expect this to happen so often.

    Had a burglary last night and phone lines were cut. You wouldn’t believe the problems I’ve had in getting anyone @virginmedia to answer a phone - hanging on now for 40mins. Dreadful under the circumstances.
