    @virginmedia trying to work from home and it goes off, check online & network maintenance. Why cant you notify us to let us know doing maintenance. Communication company but cant tell customers what's going on 😡😡

    @virginmedia No, the picture still looks like I’m watching TV on a cheese grater. Looking at a few threads on your forum this isn’t a new issue either, customers have been experiencing this for well over a year. How’s about I stop paying for the TV part of the package until it’s sorted??

    @virginmedia You are not listening. I understand it fluctuates. What I mean is why have I had an acceptable 300meg signal for 11 months & now it’s dropped to below half that? 4 phone calls & two technician visits can’t sort it???? I want what I had!

    @virginmedia Yes, sometimes it says there’s an issue and then some days it says it’s fine, I’ve called when the app has said to, to be told there’s no issues. But I can’t get any wifi connection on my phone or laptop! It’s been on and off for weeks
