@virginmedia Hi, Website says no known issues, however landline has been down since yesterday morning. Engineer booked for Monday, however we have an extremely sick relative who needs to be in contact, nobody on phone (from mobile) is helping with call transfers!

@sky box has just gone off, rang them said I need to get an engineer out £65, and boxes need upgrades another £7 a month. Told them I’ll just cancel it, but I can’t do that over the phone. Just had to buy a £10 day pass on now tv for the boxing @virginmedia see ya Monday

@virginmedia Landline down has been down for 2 days, spent over 3 hours trying to speak with someone to help but nobody is able to help. Have a sick relative who needs to be in constant touch but yet again Virgin doesn’t care about their customers!

@virginmedia They suggest nothing except take time off work which I can’t get as it’s not enough notice. I’ve already had a replacement hub hence why it’s an external issue, but god forbid an engineer works outside when nobody is at the house. And yes I work Saturdays.

@virginmedia We’re getting slow speeds and at times the WiFi just cuts out completely and can’t be found for a couple of minutes until it appears again. Obviously because of COVID everyone in the household is working from home and I am at uni and it’s extremely difficult to get anything done.
