@virginmedia why is your internet so rubbish? We get a bit of rain and wind and the whole TV goes off with no connectivity its woeful. We have sat here for a few hours now with no tv at all and were paying £49 a month for wifi that doesnt work!!!

@AidyDews @ALANMYERSMEDIA @virginmedia That’s exactly what happened to me. Upgraded to 500mg and the speed/coverage got worse. They ended up giving me 1 Gig for the price of 500mg & a hub4 because they couldn’t fix it. Took me about 10 hours & years off my life to sort out. Nightmare.

@virginmedia The hub has been reset remotely by service and they will be calling me in 72hrs to check all is OK. It is at the moment but I am not holding out hope of problem free broadband for that long.
