WiFi app and it says nope I’m not working at all. The Virgin media account app says I’m not the main account holder but I am and always have been. Virgin customer service and products score out of 10 for brilliant is 1 for rubbish

@virginmedia my dad’s email address has been hacked. VM says he has to re register his email address. He’s spent nearly 3hrs on live chat today trying to fix it. He’s 86 and relies upon his email to order from home. Can you please explain to me the process to correct this issue?

@virginmedia Hi - after holding for 25+ mins I spoke with an individual who arranged for an engineer to call the next day which was excellent. Unfortunately it transpired that we were not eligible for a new upgraded box because you did not support our WiFi which means we either don’t purchase

@virginmedia didn’t resolve it. The error codes seem like delaying tactics as each time it would tell us it was something else that was the problem. Even when we did get to watch some of the episode it was stuttering at regular intervals. The same also applies to the two

@virginmedia That never worked...BUT...having a look around I could see the Hive was connected. But something must be blocking it. Have found "MAC filter list" and the Hive was listed and ticked enabled. So have removed that...and now the app works.

@virginmedia Ordered virgin to be installed 6 weeks ago then I’ve had 2 cancelled installations in 3 weeks and when trying to ring the call centre I’ve been hung up on 8 times in a row. Nobody has called back from any complaint I’ve made #virginmedia #badcustomerservice
