    @virginmedia Hi Virgin, I have called and asked for this to be escalated to a manager 3 times (you don't have a complaint's team apparently), over the past past 10 days.. over the telephone this was done, but no-one calls me 😞 and when I ring back noone has a clue what's going on..

    @virginmedia Well I've just had a "sort of" resolution but still not really acceptable. I gave 30 days notice to cancel my services as want to get Sky. Sky and Openreach are coming tomorrow to fit phoneline & services. I have booked a day off work for this. If there is still (cont) >>

    @richardbranson I experienced the worst customer service ever from @virginmedia. Can someone explain to me why new customers get a better deal than loyal existing customers? It's criminal in this day and age really isn't it?

    @virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

    @virginmedia has got the worst customer service of any network. Raised a complaint back in January regarding a misold package,still waiting for an outcome. The notes say they have tried contacting me...no they havnt, not missed calls, voicemails or emails. Absolute liars.

    @virginmedia I have yes, nothing appears. It states in your terms and conditions that payment will be made promptly, 30 days after the 1st missed appointment, it was 75 for you to fix, and now 85 since we started. If you terminate my services because of this, you pay me via cheque, correct?

    @virginmedia They will disconnect my services but it might take 24 hrs..as I say if Openreach come and find I have a working phone line then them and Sky will cancel ny ibstallation! Please can my phone but turned off as of midnight or at least mych earlier than 24hrs?

    THREE months I waited for @virginmedia to come out and install my new broadband around 16 rescheduled appointments, 2 no show engineers, 1 who 'nipped to his van' and then never came back, each time it'll be installed next time we assure you, all this time they are still adding..

    @virginmedia I have moved into a new house. Paying £99 a month for basic tv and broadband. New contract. Was on virgin at my old house. Never had so much trouble!! Terribly poor service. And a rip off. I’d like a refund if and when this gets sorted. Although I don’t hold out any hope

    @virginmedia Who are Brightstar? Why did virgin call me offering an upgrade and new phone offer. Just spoken to Brightstar and Virgin has not reported the phone in its current condition. They said no damage on phone Who do I speak to please to resolved?

    @virginmedia Thank you but no, issue is all around security questions my husband set it up and can’t remember any of his details all he has is account number and our address etc. He has been trying for ages to get help but no one will help until he clears his security questions which he can’t

    @virginmedia I raised a new complaint and was told your team closed it as it was a duplicate. What more can I do? I replied to the complaint email and got no response. Please escalate this at once! I have been patient and no responses but this is getting out of control now

    @virginmedia your service is trash garbage! You need to work out how to process your payments properly and stop cutting of peoples WiFi for your stupidity. While you’re at it stop inventing passwords for my account it’s broadband not bitcoin. Scrapping you as soon as I can.

    @virginmedia I was told when changing mobile data plan that add ons do not carry across despite being told it would when changing. I was essentially told nothing could be done, and it remains an issue due to the broadband outages we are having
