    Anyone been having more issues with @virginmedia WiFi since lockdown? Intermittently our phones don’t connect, xboxes lose connection, or if the Xbox is on laptop won’t work! Got 1 PlayStation that is always ok, strange! Not good enough when you pay £138 per month 😡

    Cracks me up that the main feature of BT’s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

    @virginmedia DO NOT listen to their customers. Six times I have asked them to contact me after 6.00 pm only for their staff to ring me while I am in work and are really rude when I say its not convenient to talk. @virginmedia do one and stop harrassing me

    @virginmedia How are things?? Footpath left full of mud. Having to clean footwear off or remove before coming into the house! The whole length of the footpath in front of the houses where your workers have been is a disgrace. Not even rain has washed it clean!! Terrible standard of work! 😤

    @virginmedia I understand your call centres are suffering, but 2 hours for text chat support and a phone line that 4 menu levels deep hangs up is not good enough. Massively annoyed and time wasted.

    @virginmedia hello our box attached to our outside wall is broken and won’t close, wires could be exposed and with the weather changing the water could get in. This has been since we moved in, in April

    If 2020 was an Internet provider it would be @virginmedia Solve the problem of losing IP address by restarting router. It was restarting the router that caused it. Restarted anyway and now the router won't connect to the Internet and all devices say no IP address #stressed

    @david_colquhoun @TalkTalk VirginMedia does this too. Call customer service, tell them you want to end contract because of price hike. They will cave in if you keep a poker face. Worked for me with VM last month.

    @virginmedia so glad I decided to leave, especially after discovering that you're still billing me. I don't even live there anymore - I'm so angry at the incompetence of whoever I spoke to in customer service to explain that I wanted to cancel as I was moving.

    @virginmedia I need to downgrade my package from Mix TV/broadband/landline to just broadband. I wait in a 45 min queue on 150 option 144 to speak to someone - she then transfers me to a different team. I then have a min of silence before the line goes dead. Can you help please?
