@virginmedia for the past 2-3 weeks I have had issues with on demand content, and the broadband. When I try to play a sky cinema film, the audio plays; but no picture. BBC iplayer is the same! The router is next to the virgin box, so dont understand what is going on.

I’m so fed up with @virginmedia. Three days now I’ve tried to call to pay my bill. And for three days I’ve been sat on hold for a stupid amount of time. I’m bloody busy for god sake I don’t have time for this nonsense! So glad I’ve left.

@virginmedia I’ve requested it three times! It was sent apparently but I’ve never received it. Then I rang again..... and again. It’s beyond a joke. I text replied to the text message which had my address incorrect AGAIN and still I’ve received nothing!

@WilfSauce @WrestlingJebus @Archiebald_C I have Virgin Media, so haven't had to use TVPlayer personally, but I know of people who have and it's worked perfectly fine. I believe there is a rolling contract for the service of £6.99 after the event so make sure you cancel afterwards.

@andym1900 @virginmedia My phone goes onto emergency calls only when I leave the UK. Even happened when I went to the Islw of Man🙄 Never had an issue before signing up with them. Poor do.

@virginmedia Virgin Media sucks discovered they switched my email account off on 5th August not been able to send or receive emails since spent yesterday talking to one of their technicians who wasn’t able to help told I’d be contacted today by another hasn’t happened yet

@virginmedia Anyways! Lovely chap came out today and said he'd fixed issue. Hour later it's disconnecting again. I'm just in the process of being passed to the 6th different person on the phone all of whom say they can help but then put me through to someone else with no warning.
