I live in Leeds it’s been happening every day for the past two weeks I’ve been having to switch TIVO off & it wait for rebooting sometimes it’s twice a day 😡 and he didn’t give me a chance ask callback! I’m fuming.

The lights (2)on the TV box keep flashing red and 1 flashes orange. It's a pain as mobile coverage is awful here so I dont have any internet unless I'm pointing my phone at the sky like a loony!!!

When I rang customer service before and asked if my line could have 500mbps i was told it wasn't capable of receiving it yet your online checker shows my street as capable of 500mbps so there's clearly some misinformation or incorrect information
