@virginmedia Non..it's either running too slow or the service becomes completely interrupted for some hours only to reconnect spontanously later. It's slowing a lot of things down.

@virginmedia It’s back today. I’m not happy with your service at all. I clicked the link several times, it said everything was fine. Then I called the status line and it said there was issues. I’m still owed a refund if £9.98 due to two failed attempts to watch a rented film. Overall POOR.

@virginmedia I’ve requested it three times! It was sent apparently but I’ve never received it. Then I rang again..... and again. It’s beyond a joke. I text replied to the text message which had my address incorrect AGAIN and still I’ve received nothing!

@virginmedia Tried that, about 10 times. The lines are closed due to the pandemic? Only way to get through is via option 1 on the main line. 10 days in & no one had a clue what’s going on. Never again. Cancelled and opted for @BT, fantastic service. Broadband going to be activated tomorrow!

Not to be a Karen but I've just waited for an hour to speak to the retention team with @virginmedia. After 20 minutes of them trying to sell me deals when I repeatedly declined & asked to cancel, they have now went offline for an hour and said they'll reply to me afterwards [1/2]
