After calling Linksys, it was 45 mins on the phone with @virginmedia with the agent arguing with me that they can’t help with my hub if it’s in modem mode only for them to pass it on to someone else who changes a setting and asks me to reset. 30 wait for results now.

@virginmedia Not sure who we’ve been speaking to for the last day. But they’ve been the most helpful member of staff we’ve had contact with over the last five months. Has not only helped me fix the problem, answered any questions, but is taking my formal complaint further for us.

@virginmedia I pay £40 a month JUST for WiFi!!!! it’s horrendous. Slow, can’t handle streaming a simple Amazon Prime video, and I’m getting charged DOUBLE what I paid originally a few years back! I’ll be phoning to leave Monday morning, £40 is terrible, let alone for poor service

@virginmedia I’ve said this more than once before on here and I’ll say it again. VM broadband is crap!! Their Wi-fi is shi., keeps cutting out yet they promise it is better and stronger. Don’t believe it!! The old router was far better than this rubbish!!!

So @virginmedia I pay £137 a month to have no wifi no internet in the evening my kids are using the 4G every night my internet goes down can’t stream a thing it’s a joke I’m going to change service provider

@virginmedia You're upgrade to 360 is rubbish. Audio is out of sync and looking into it it seems like this problem is ongoing and been happening for 6 months. If I knew this before I wouldn't have upgraded. What is the fix?

@virginmedia I can assure you, this isnt something the community can resolve, i have tested with 4 others now, all seeing degraded speeds, all seeing 10% packet loss. The only thing in common is that they all go through the Mew Malden Northrop Grumman site, the same as the great outage of '19
