You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@virginmedia I did and on my phone it says there is a technical issue so it can't run. on the laptop (tethered to the phone) it just keeps popping up with a screen that takes me through steps of how to connect hub to socket etc. But it's all set up properly 😩😩
