Upgrading to gigabit broadband meant getting a new router from VirginMedia, so took the opportunity to tidy up and remove old cabling and extension leads. Didn't realise just how much unused crap I still had plugged in/taking up space

@virginmedia What a load of BS on the phone over 3 hours- ripped me off on UFC257 as your service was down but charged anyway and wont reimburse- tried to leave then told that the line for thinking of leaving can only give a better offer(see bait and switch) retentions won't answer-

@virginmedia I was finally able to get through to the helpline. After being on hold for an hour, a very nice and helpful lady helped me resolve the issue. Good service once I got through but it took a lot of persistence.. thanks for checking back with me.

@virginmedia ok it’s getting boring now my virgin services are going down on a regular basis now And their making it extremely difficult to get hold of anyone in customer services Average wait 1.5 hours to speak to someone who fobs you off anyway! And want to increase my bill 😡
