    @iamaafaq @sky @virginmedia Point of principle now. Been with virgin for over a decade and the deal is awful. They don't reward loyalty. Grwat package from Sky. Only are that's worse is speed but for our purposes it's fine. We don't game online and i no longer download torrents etc

I think your customer was referring to various barriers in the way of cancelling her contract, not the difficulty involved in selecting call options. She’s still been unable to cancel and is being pressured her to keep her contract.

    @virginmedia Yes, thank you. I have checked. I rang 150 and all they get me to do is to restart my hub. It works OK for a while, but problems come back. I am very upset. I videocommunicate with 100s of people and it is very embarrassing having to explain 2 them the problems caused by Virgin

    @virginmedia On demand still not working and every time I sign in it’s been moved on three days for repair in my area. This has been ongoing for two weeks now which I find unacceptable especially when all bills have just gone up in price.

    @virginmedia I'm moving to sky, saving a tenner a month and adding sports and movies. I might be back in 18 months. Seems like hopping between providers is the only way to get a decent deal. It's perverse logic. Surely cheaper to retain a customer than gain one? But no, so I'm off.

    If you are going to cancel a contract and move to a new provider, don't rely on them taking action from your phone request. They can always say you didn't call then continue to charge for something more expensive, @virginmedia will then pass you to debt collection companies.😔

    @virginmedia Cos I've been a customer for well over a decade and I'm sick of seeing new customers get given the moon on a stick to join. I reckon your sales team would let a new customer have a night with their wives to sign them up. But loyal customers get nothing.

    @virginmedia Latest web chat this morning at 8am where the advisor can’t help@as@it’s a hub 4 and not trained so told to ring 150 again! Ring 150 can’t even speak to someone as it’s automated response for broadband! And you keep telling me about the engineers appointment from Friday! Shocking

    @virginmedia Done all that and an engineer has been. The problem seems to be your poor quality hub. No offer to replace it and I’m tied in for another 15 months. Believe me, it will be the last contract I have with you.
