My Cisco VPN for work has been disconnecting and reconnecting periodically all day as the service fluctuates. Luckily I've been able to work around it for now, but it does concern me as I have some very important international meetings coming up.

Eventually they'll direct you to rheur forums to ask your questions again - where they will not help you either. Virgin media you are a shambles.

This has been 10+ failed appointments - we are not informed in advance and quite frankly have no idea what is going on. The escalation to my account manager is not sufficient and does not result in any outcome.
