    @virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

    @virginmedia what's the issue with answering a call? Line went dead, my mum can't receive incoming texts and is due an upgrade. Your customer service is terrible, God only knows what will happen when I call for TV

    Here we go its worked for a week virginmedia internet down rebooted worked for 2 mins down again ill check my status later usually goes off then comes back on and works again S65 area

    @daniellebryce21 @virginmedia Heard nothing but bad things about them. We would never swap to them. They also are always knocking on our door trying to sign us up despite us telling them not to and a sign on our door stating no cold callers. 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia I appreciate you trying to help. The issue is with the virgin contract being 18 months and the "new" o2 deal being 24 months and how this would impact as I looked to renegotiate in 18 months

    Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

    @SquidGaming @virginmedia Every time I've had an issue they've "done a line test" and said I've had my maximum possible speed. Then an engineer finally comes out after I send them about eighty speed test screenshots and the engineer is like "oh yeah this thing only I can do needs doing".

    @GarethJamLewis @virginmedia It’s shockingly poor. I can’t even get coverage in the next room. Cancelling tomorrow. I was left without broadband over Christmas as the engineer never showed up to fix it.

    @cherylhuggins @virginmedia Honestly we've had nothing but problems for weeks & don't seem to be able to get anywhere. So frustrating because you can't actually get to speak to a person!! Either robots asking questions or texting which can take all day long & still not have a resolution..... 😡

    @virginmedia It says no known issues. However, I’m telling you there is. The WiFi connection is only acceptable in the room the hub is in. I upgraded our broadband to improve this but we’re now right back to square one. Is my only option to move to bt who guarantee it will work in all rooms
