@virginmedia I’ve had that email. I’ve also had another email this morning saying they’re sorry to hear I’m unhappy with my broadband speed. I’m not! I’m unhappy with a call out charge being applied, which was promised to be reversed and never has been!

@daniellebryce21 @virginmedia Heard nothing but bad things about them. We would never swap to them. They also are always knocking on our door trying to sign us up despite us telling them not to and a sign on our door stating no cold callers. 😡😡😡

Anyone recommend a phone network been with @O2 for years and since it merged with @virginmedia it’s shocking. When I went on holiday before I’d never had problems this year wouldn’t let me go my own internet & here signal keeps going for phoning not to mention rise in scam calls

@SquidGaming @virginmedia Every time I've had an issue they've "done a line test" and said I've had my maximum possible speed. Then an engineer finally comes out after I send them about eighty speed test screenshots and the engineer is like "oh yeah this thing only I can do needs doing".

@virginmedia It says no known issues. However, I’m telling you there is. The WiFi connection is only acceptable in the room the hub is in. I upgraded our broadband to improve this but we’re now right back to square one. Is my only option to move to bt who guarantee it will work in all rooms
