    @virginmedia I haven’t used the connect app. I know that there is no internet connection because all devices are losing connection. I can access the HUB settings page just not any internet services. As I already mentioned, rebooting the HUB fixes the problem until the next time.

    @jayrayner1 @virginmedia they were rubbish for us for several months until we started claiming the compensation to which you're entitled if the service is down for a length of time. the problems were all miraculously resolved after that!
