having engaged with the @virginmedia customer services process for the past 90 minutes I have now used all my patience for 2021 and 2022 and am at the end of my tether - and they tell me there is NO WAY to complain about the appalling customer service I am experiencing. A farce.

I am a high-end customer, spending thousands of pounds a year with @virginmedia and have had zero satisfaction with what I have experienced today... maybe it is now time to part company... if only there was any certainty of getting a better customer experience elsewhere.

@MarkHen66172350 @virginmedia The fault caused them to lose power to equipment that might never have otherwise been off for years. This outage will have caused whole heaps of trouble for virgin. Miraculous they've got it back up to some degree.
