    @danyoung5 @virginmedia Hope it gets sorted soon, you can ask them for a copy of your customer notes their end to see exactly what the state of play is. Might be worth cross referencing that with what you’ve been told.

    @samuk29 @virginmedia It’s unbelievable how bad the customer service is, I’m actually happy with the product but the customer service for sorting my problem out is shocking!

    @virginmedia Hi, that’s the problem, the individual told my husband that he would be copied in. No one has a clue. I get all you are saying, unfortunately we are hitting a brick wall here and have nowhere to go. Still working using mobile hotspot!

    @Billbo57 @virginmedia Kerrang hasn't played since 6th October. Told it would be fixed in 12 hours. That's Virgin for you. Recently suggested I could watch something else. How's that for customer service.

    @virginmedia Got my Virgin Wifi set up in my house, i paid for a speed of 500 mps, i get less then 1mps. It only covers 1 floor and doesn't even reach the other two. How can you guys fix this as this is unacceptable for a new provider
