    @danyoung5 @virginmedia Hope it gets sorted soon, you can ask them for a copy of your customer notes their end to see exactly what the state of play is. Might be worth cross referencing that with what you’ve been told.

    Been on hold for 22 min so far with virgin media customer service is horrendous @VirginMediaIE I know we’re all at home no excuse for bad service though

    @virginmedia spent a grand total of 143 minutes on hold and being transfered from team to team when trying to leave you today. I was last promised that I would not be put on hold again and have been on for 22 minutes this time. Pathetic service
