@danyoung5 @virginmedia Hope it gets sorted soon, you can ask them for a copy of your customer notes their end to see exactly what the state of play is. Might be worth cross referencing that with what you’ve been told.

The only time @virginmedia answer the phone promptly is if you want to cancel or upgrade... they do not seem to be interested in answering when you have a fault.

@virginmedia Probably 25 days off poor/no customer service, not getting what I pay for. Fobbed off, lied to, cut off. Hours of waiting to speak to someone who cannot help. Been told to text a number which does not reply.
