@danyoung5 @virginmedia Hope it gets sorted soon, you can ask them for a copy of your customer notes their end to see exactly what the state of play is. Might be worth cross referencing that with what you’ve been told.

@virginmedia Yes three pods have been set up. Not made any difference. Also there’s the problem with Virgin TV. We only really watch catch up TV, box sets and Netflix. 90% of the time it doesn’t work and has error codes on any of the 3 virgin box TVs

@virginmedia That’s the number I have called 12 times. The pre install team send me to the moving team, the moving team send me to the customer care and customer care send me back to pre-install. All are refusing to take my complaint.

@virginmedia Yes I did, on my mobile phone and the page failed to load. To restore service I had to call, stay on the phone for an hour before one of your staff restored the GRE Tunnel. The member of staff was excellent, but the rest of the service is abysmal.
