I would not recommend Virgins services to anyone.
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England@virginmedia It took until 18:30 for your engineer to call me. Even now the service keeps dropping out ....I hope your techs onto the problem

Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England@virginmedia @Sonos I don't want meaningless "Sorry for the poor service" what I want is it to be fixed, and fixed permanently, and to be supplied with what I am paying for, which is a stable 200Mbs service.

Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England@virginmedia Because I wouldn't connect a laptop to an unknown (to me) website, through the router, where the could alledgely monitor connection speeds. When your engineer visited he had to escalate the issue to your network team. Because I had 1 downstream & 1 upstream not the 24 down and 4.

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@London_W4 The trouble is that O2 are now in bed with Virgin Media, who also have dreadful Indian 'Tech Support', who can't sort anying out and just read from scripts. Like many companies these days, if you can even find a phone number, they just give loads of messages, telling you to go to their website. The UK could do with a dose of American style customer service!!
-
Gareth (@GPRO2023) reported@virginmedia I want a call from a manager ASAP as I am sick of all your empty promises and poor customer journey. I've been trying to get this resolved the past 3 weeks!!!
-
Ali@Makely (@MakelyStudio) reported10 years. 50M+ users. £11M+ revenue impact. Citibank. Mercedes. Sky. Virgin Media. NatWest. I spent a decade fixing conversion problems at companies most startups would kill to work with. what I learned: the same broken patterns show up everywhere - onboarding that loses people in the first 60 seconds, pricing pages that confuse instead of convert, signup flows with friction nobody ever fixed. now I build the same systems for funded startups.
-
Marion Browne (@MarionBrowne42) reported@keithapearson @virginmedia @MartinSLewis I think Yodel can challenge VM. They left a package at my neighbour no2, due to the layout of the close, no2 is nowhere near no3 and the photo of proof is also not no2 unless you are in the next close 🤬 An hour on a chat to discover that the driver is an idiot.
-
Kelly Turner (@kellyj70) reported@virginmedia My son is job hunting and needs the internet. What with issues with you taking over my son’s Netflix account and giving us ads, we’ve had several times where we have lost services. Only renewed a few weeks ago! Wish I’d gone to Sky.
-
London leaver (@ross_biagini) reported@virginmedia 2 Outages Identified & raised but 2nd one is not expected to be resolved until 3/6/26 @ 9.06 That will be at least 3 full days of outage
-
CJH1883 (@arvey86) reported@virginmedia are crooks, taking advantage of a vulnerable person. Sold a product never set up as no engineer arrived after numerous requests. Calling to try and bully them into a paying for a service they cancelled that was not fit for purpose, disgusting scum.
