    I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

    @virginmedia I have now tried a laptop on wired and that varies from 110 meg down to 30meg..i really need a engineer to sort this! I have done all your resents,power downs x 3.i have been promised call backs which never came,I'm sick to death of being fobbed off tbh I need out this contract !

    @virginmedia my broadband has been crap for 3 weeks now,had an engineer friday,says he's done what he can and to see how it is,in a nutshell its the same....shite sometimes 110 meg sometimes like now 15 meg(on 4g for this) im sick and tired now and would like to cancel my contrac

    @virginmedia @dev101 Your on-call Network support, who had to wait 18 hours to be sent the ticket, and then he had to endure 4 hours on the phone to India. 2 other households in area also affected. Offer of compensation £0 (issue occurred 15:30 17/9, finally rectified 18:30 19/9).
