Fastest broadband speeds require me to take a SIM I don’t want or need. Online tries to push a TV service. No one listens. Customer fumes.

Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!
