    @virginmedia I’ve given up. You’ve failed yet again to provide what I we needed. I’m not surprised. Virgin Media is fast becoming synonymous with this lack of service. I do NOT recommend you to friends and family.

    @virginmedia Fastest broadband provider my arse. Tour broadband is ****. I pay for 100mbps and barley get a tenth of that. So stop your lying

    So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

    @O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.

    @virginmedia any chance you can come fix my broadband sooner than monday? Upgraded to your new hub 5.0 only for it to fail 5 days later ? I pay good money for this service for which im not receiving ? Not really acceptable

    @virginmedia No. Trying to upgrade to a faster broadband-only plan. Chat can’t do it because cancelling the landline I don’t use is heretical. Fastest broadband speeds require me to take a SIM I don’t want or need. Online tries to push a TV service. No one listens. Customer fumes.

    Any update to the Digital Landline faults in #Lincoln @virginmedia. I’m told the cancellation my services for the 1st April has been cancelled why is this? Why are 150 trying to upsell me @VMO2News products when your core products don’t work! +3wks without a landline @Ofcom help

    @virginmedia It’s intermittent. Not off often enough to be called no service or you’d have to pay us back for the lack of service but not on long enough to be much use.

    @virginmedia After an hour and ten minutes of appalling noise the woman who put us back on hold disconnected us. Five minutes into the new call and all we want to do now is cancel the contract that you’ve failed to provide.

    @virginmedia not happy #VirginMedia landline forcibly converted to digital line after “fault” broadband outage 1am this morning sets off lifeline phone line warning. The point of having a big red emergency button is when there’s an emergency you press it and it calls for HELP!

    A recorded voice saying sorry only calls to an emergency number are allowed is not much help of your lying on the floor only able to press your emergency lanyard! @virginmedia urgent training is required to ensure people aren’t left in this situation. #unacceptable #LivesAtRisk

    @virginmedia As previous advised I have asked for your manager to review this post. As stated to Virgin they have 6 days to resolve this issue. This is now in the hands of customer service and o update other teams.

    @virginmedia Call centre know nothing about any work, log on the website says no issues, the fault finder says a cable is disconnected (it’s not), the lights on the hub say it’s updating, & I’ve tried a hard reset Height of Covid no issues. Now it’s back to weekly interruptions Back on now

    Hey all, Sorry for the sudden stop on the stream today, @virginmedia Once again are 'improving the network' in my area without any advance notification. I expect as normal when they do this I'll have to get an engineer out to clear the noise on the upload after its done. :(

    @virginmedia trying everything to connect the London Underground WiFi. Used to be able to connect via Vodafone but they've been removed. Says I can use my Virgin Broadband login but just keeps looping me round on the login.

    @virginmedia Hi - no, I wasn’t. Not the greatest experience to be fair. You guys could help though by making sure the order is cancelled and that I’m not charged for such a bloody awful service.
