    sky can't guarantee us at least 40gb of Internet we will be released from our contract. We no longer want this awful Internet and would very much like to go back to @virginmedia

    I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

    @mrwilliamstokes He couldn’t be clearer that he’s asking for a repayable loan not free money. The media really have their heart set on pulling Virgin apart. People are terrible too, we make our own beds that we have to sleep in - E.g. flying Ryanair now because we put nicer airlines out of biz.

    @virginmedia After an hour and ten minutes of appalling noise the woman who put us back on hold disconnected us. Five minutes into the new call and all we want to do now is cancel the contract that you’ve failed to provide.

    @virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

    @virginmedia As predicted it’s now been put back to 6pm. I’m also hearing people are being told it could take until 30th December to fix! The whole town / area has been affected. This isn’t an isolated issue. Clarity is needed. Please provide it. I have now lost over a day’s wages.

    @virginmedia I’ve had to call your call centre albeit being promised a call back after raising a complaint. The earliest an engineer can be called out is in 9 days. How do you suggest I access services? There’s no way to raise a complaint that’s is acknowledged either

    @virginmedia yes it has. been a customer for 10 years plus willing to sign for a another 18 months. all it would have taken was an upgrade to the internet speed. no engineer call out for you / new equipment. should be a simple but seems more bothered about getting new business.
