I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

@virginmedia After an hour and ten minutes of appalling noise the woman who put us back on hold disconnected us. Five minutes into the new call and all we want to do now is cancel the contract that you’ve failed to provide.

@virginmedia It’s intermittent. Not off often enough to be called no service or you’d have to pay us back for the lack of service but not on long enough to be much use.

@virginmedia I’ve given up. You’ve failed yet again to provide what I we needed. I’m not surprised. Virgin Media is fast becoming synonymous with this lack of service. I do NOT recommend you to friends and family.

So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

sky can't guarantee us at least 40gb of Internet we will be released from our contract. We no longer want this awful Internet and would very much like to go back to @virginmedia

@virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

@chrisofscotland @virginmedia Similar experience. Told them to jog on, only for a deal to miraculously appear. 2nd rate service at best for a company that would rather outsource than maintain a U.K. based call centre.

@virginmedia I always use Chrome and have never had this problem until about 2 months ago. You have said yourself that you use Chrome so the fault is obviously not that. I'm afraid you need to rethink....maybe ask your technical people.

@virginmedia I have done the test that was on the virgin media app and that says it is okay, i have resetted the router and turned it on and off but it still keeps flashing and turning off every so often. The website says no problems either

@virginmedia my broadband in SW19 has been completely down since yesterday morning - I was given today midday as target resolution date, only to be told today that has been moved out to tomorrow 11am. Will you even be able to do that?
