@virginmedia We took the new deal online which included a television for being a new customer. Therefore, we got a second box fitted & 4 months later, still NO TV. For the first month, the box didn’t work properly & we were promised a discount of our monthly bill & that didn’t happen either.

Just spent £4.99 on virgin movies to watch All Is True (Shakespeare film) and it was the biggest waste of money ever. Also, the whole film played without a hitch on @virginmedia, yet a half hour show I tried to watch on @NetflixUK stopped 4 times cos a signal 'wasn't found...'🤔

Terrible service from @virginmedia, was told Internet would be on by 9am today, activated line, nothing happened, customer services made me jump through hoops and had the most disgusting attitude, then been palmed off with the old "it's been reset, give it an hour". Disgraceful.

Disgusting service from @virginmedia, moved home and told package would stay the same, now been slapped with a bill for TRIPLE what we pay!!! After 20 minutes of the phone the customers services lady cannot explain where all the charges come from!! DISPICABLE!!!

@virginmedia A few weeks ago I had to contact you a number of times about my failing broadband in my area I was promised I would have a reduction in my bill and this has not happened also the amount of calls I had to make to sort out the problem has resulted in a bill of £47

@virginmedia If its not why does that model have so many issues compared to its predecessor, sadly playing the (I can relate game) doesn't work all the time. You may have it but doesn't mean it's having the same issues, either that or the main wall outlet being so old itself is the cause?

@virginmedia If I reboot the router it takes ages for the wifi network to be joinable, it usually comes up with no signal or it’s not in range even though some equipment trying to connect is in the same room

Trying to find a way to contact @virginmedia when you have an issue to resolve is even harder than trying to get a straight and honest answer out of Boris Johnson. The company clearly has no interest is resolving customers problems.
