    I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

    @virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

    @mrwilliamstokes He couldn’t be clearer that he’s asking for a repayable loan not free money. The media really have their heart set on pulling Virgin apart. People are terrible too, we make our own beds that we have to sleep in - E.g. flying Ryanair now because we put nicer airlines out of biz.

    sky can't guarantee us at least 40gb of Internet we will be released from our contract. We no longer want this awful Internet and would very much like to go back to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia yes, several times every day and the info is rubbish...so does self checks identify my neighbours and friends as well!! The service is obviously down, perhaps rather than just spouting unhelpful reboot info, maybe just look at the network

    @virginmedia Appalling customer service. Didn’t know password, was sent password reminder. Phoned you, was on hold for an hour and then hung up on. Used the text service and got through after 15 hours, and then apparently failed the security check even though…

    Unable to simply browse the internet AGAIN. Virgin Media's internet doesn't go down it is in a constant state of working and not working at the same time, making it impossible to do anything, on a near weekly basis. And when it happens it is DAYS until it is potentially fixed.

    @virginmedia Then why ask on here if you can’t help, we were Miss sold out package back in April the deal was 59 but included nextflix from the guy who sold it to us, it never, our package changed to bigger one and discount to 59 so Netflix was included but this was only the standard one
