    @virginmedia being shifted from technician to technician to technician.....no resolution ...on the phone for nearly an hour

    @virginmedia Because I wouldn't connect a laptop to an unknown (to me) website, through the router, where the could alledgely monitor connection speeds. When your engineer visited he had to escalate the issue to your network team. Because I had 1 downstream & 1 upstream not the 24 down and 4.

    @virginmedia I have been offered the opportunity to complain, but as a customer of 20+ years I am aware complaints tend to get ignored. At its worst speed was down to 0.5Mega bits per second ... At its best (for 20 minutes or so) maybe 150Mega bits per second. Paying for 200Mbps .....

    @virginmedia My Daught is having significant problems with her IPAD as result, and using her phones data (no we are not Virgin phones), which is costing her, when your network falters, I then switch to my NHS phone and use its data, and my simply uses her work phone ...both essential workers.

    @virginmedia @dev101 Your on-call Network support, who had to wait 18 hours to be sent the ticket, and then he had to endure 4 hours on the phone to India. 2 other households in area also affected. Offer of compensation £0 (issue occurred 15:30 17/9, finally rectified 18:30 19/9).

    @virginmedia Er no, if you had read the thread in its entirety, you will see that I said I was getting someone to look at how to organise the internal network on the house, and I would be leaving at the end of my contract, in 17 months. I would not recommend Virgins services to anyone.

    @virginmedia Ok Virginmedia, the WiFi extender for which paying for (installed on 27th May 2020) has ceased working, this may or may not be as a result of the issues from the weekend or not, but before the issues started, it worked, afterwards it didn't. How do I get it replaced?

    @virginmedia I renewed for 1gb broadband that is worse than the slow speed. I also agreed £49.50 and you gave me free SIM card (which I won’t be using but that was the deal) I now see you are charging me £49.50 on one DD and £10 for o2 on another DD. The sim was meant to be free.

    @virginmedia WiFi constantly drops, at least once a day. I'm paying you nearly £70 a month for high speed but it never gets any where near it. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. Can't get through to tech support.

    @virginmedia Hi, usual issue i get every year where our wifi stops working properly. Can you send a new router please. I have rebooted/checked firmware and changed channels. It's a known issue. What details do you need?
