Adam Butler (@AdamSButler65) reported from Southrey, England@MichaelLCrick @TomaszPalmer @RogerMi17980111 @virginmedia And the reality is (sadly) that when someone in your position posts stuff like this, it does carry much more clout than the average person who is being let down by these big companies. Power to you Michael.

Hannah Stevenson (@HannGrenade__) reported from Lincoln District, Englandsky can't guarantee us at least 40gb of Internet we will be released from our contract. We no longer want this awful Internet and would very much like to go back to @virginmedia
-
Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, England@O2 @virginmedia Thanks I’ll look into what multi-sim plans you have but the reason I left was due to poor family, multi user based tariffs.
-
Clive McCarthy🇪🇺 (@interaction0410) reported from Lincoln District, England@virginmedia the broadband is down in Lincoln, yet you’re website says it’s fine , I’ve just wasted 40 minutes trying to get that confirmation via a mobile conversation, you don’t want people to ring you that is why the contact numbers as so hidden, now you want £ 4.80 more
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England@virginmedia @Sonos I don't want meaningless "Sorry for the poor service" what I want is it to be fixed, and fixed permanently, and to be supplied with what I am paying for, which is a stable 200Mbs service.
-
Hannah Stevenson (@HannGrenade__) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandTerrible service from @virginmedia, was told Internet would be on by 9am today, activated line, nothing happened, customer services made me jump through hoops and had the most disgusting attitude, then been palmed off with the old "it's been reset, give it an hour". Disgraceful.
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England@virginmedia Also perhap if you read the full thread, it would help.
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England@virginmedia You can tell it's the weekend when your SONOS speaker is not able to stream radio on a consistent basis, due to intermittent internet problems, which I reported two weeks ago, got a visit on the following Wednesday, got told the installation was poor and left.
-
joanne clinton (@jojoclinton) reported from Lincoln District, England@virginmedia Your missing the point-I’m no longer a customer I want my emails back and account closed. Cyber Crime are involved and this is ridiculous #shameonyou @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog #blackmail
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England@virginmedia Because I wouldn't connect a laptop to an unknown (to me) website, through the router, where the could alledgely monitor connection speeds. When your engineer visited he had to escalate the issue to your network team. Because I had 1 downstream & 1 upstream not the 24 down and 4.
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England@virginmedia Ok Virginmedia, the WiFi extender for which paying for (installed on 27th May 2020) has ceased working, this may or may not be as a result of the issues from the weekend or not, but before the issues started, it worked, afterwards it didn't. How do I get it replaced?
-
Justin (Kandi Kane) Hussey (@cutechub69) reported from Lincoln District, England@virginmedia I was told they were sorry and they were working on getting the problem fixed as soon as possible and he was going to sort out a goodwill gesture of a reduction on my next bill!
-
Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandA recorded voice saying sorry only calls to an emergency number are allowed is not much help of your lying on the floor only able to press your emergency lanyard! @virginmedia urgent training is required to ensure people aren’t left in this situation. #unacceptable #LivesAtRisk
-
Hannah Allen (@Hannie02Allen) reported from Lincoln District, England@virginmedia what is your plan to help consumers who are now having to claim from the government and will struggle to pay their payments for their packages and unsure when the next bit of money will be.
-
Toby Stephenson (@tobystephenson) reported from Lincoln District, England@mrwilliamstokes He couldn’t be clearer that he’s asking for a repayable loan not free money. The media really have their heart set on pulling Virgin apart. People are terrible too, we make our own beds that we have to sleep in - E.g. flying Ryanair now because we put nicer airlines out of biz.
-
IntARMedia | Catalyst Channel Creator (@IntARMedia) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandWatching our #virginmedia router box have a red light rav whilst down which also means no tv as house has no working arial
-
Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, England@virginmedia not happy #VirginMedia landline forcibly converted to digital line after “fault” broadband outage 1am this morning sets off lifeline phone line warning. The point of having a big red emergency button is when there’s an emergency you press it and it calls for HELP!
-
Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, England@virginmedia So what your saying is your doing the minimum required by the regulator, and failing your vulnerable customers. As previously stated VM will be mentioned in courts when people are pressing their emergency assist numbers and get a VM message saying their call can’t be connected!
-
Jonathan Garner (@jongarner_spurs) reported from Waddington, Englandfor your services, not for these problems to occur. Whilst I think of it too. I’m very very disgruntled at the level of customer loyalty. Come on @virginmedia you can and should do better! 😡😡😡😡
-
AlicrySky (@SkyAlicry) reported from Lincoln District, EnglandOh look no internet again. Thanks @virginmedia Someone recommend a new service provider please because I’ve truly had enough :(

hockeymum#5 (@Hockeymum5) reportedSo @virginmedia send me a new hub router coz my old one needed a "boost" and it's worse! Can't even mirror my phone to TV to play a short video for buffering, jumping, stopping which I NEVER had an issue doing with my old router! Pointless "upgrade", want my old router back!
-
Anand Gupta (@anandcheam) reportedBritain seem so broken. Little heat, cant cope, little snow, everything stops, little rain- flooding. WC telecast on 1080 by @ITVX and even that @virginmedia can’t cope on 350 line, outdated infra. Takes 15 minutes for router to reboot. Unbelievable.

-
