    @virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

    sky can't guarantee us at least 40gb of Internet we will be released from our contract. We no longer want this awful Internet and would very much like to go back to @virginmedia

    I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

    @virginmedia Phone last time check still said no issues but red light still flashing away , haven’t had time check since last week due to work , net no issues but was intermittent an haven’t tried tv again turned it off got sick of it freezing up. Regarding £25 was told by previous advisor
