    @virginmedia Nice to see that you "Customer Services" are maintaining their historic levels of poor service. My contract comes to an end on the 19th of this month, I am wondering why I want stay with you. .... You were near bottom Uswitches recommended list

    @virginmedia I do get fed up with @virginmedia platitudes and inability to solve why I have poor connections speed, down to 28kbs at the moment, but your Helpdesk, after I waited 45 minutes, do not consider this to be a problem. Try downloading a 100Mb spreadsheet at that speed.

    @virginmedia @Sonos I don't want meaningless "Sorry for the poor service" what I want is it to be fixed, and fixed permanently, and to be supplied with what I am paying for, which is a stable 200Mbs service.

    @virginmedia I’ve given up. You’ve failed yet again to provide what I we needed. I’m not surprised. Virgin Media is fast becoming synonymous with this lack of service. I do NOT recommend you to friends and family.

    @virginmedia I do really get fed up with VirginMedias poor service and platitudes. The speed on my internet connection is down less than 56kb, but your Helpdesk technicians consider this to be a problem

    @virginmedia I have not made any changes, and I have a Hub 3, and a pair of 5 year old TiVo boxes, one of which is having problems playing back things that have been recorded. But as I don't want waste an hour if my time in a queue, I shall just look forward to the end of the contract ....

    @virginmedia any chance you can come fix my broadband sooner than monday? Upgraded to your new hub 5.0 only for it to fail 5 days later ? I pay good money for this service for which im not receiving ? Not really acceptable

    @virginmedia You can tell it's the weekend when your SONOS speaker is not able to stream radio on a consistent basis, due to intermittent internet problems, which I reported two weeks ago, got a visit on the following Wednesday, got told the installation was poor and left.

    So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

    @virginmedia After an hour and ten minutes of appalling noise the woman who put us back on hold disconnected us. Five minutes into the new call and all we want to do now is cancel the contract that you’ve failed to provide.

    @virginmedia No. Trying to upgrade to a faster broadband-only plan. Chat can’t do it because cancelling the landline I don’t use is heretical. Fastest broadband speeds require me to take a SIM I don’t want or need. Online tries to push a TV service. No one listens. Customer fumes.

    @virginmedia Is it an instructional twitch of all customer service officers, to say "I am sorry ....", wouldn't it be better if your organisation actually did something about it? So it becomes the exception and is not the norm?

    @virginmedia It’s intermittent. Not off often enough to be called no service or you’d have to pay us back for the lack of service but not on long enough to be much use.

We think there is a software issue due to the ‘one where she’s also playing the flute, during’. We will attempt to mend the problem, remotely…if u could also seek help?

    @virginmedia Yes and you are trying to charge me an additional £25 to help sort things out. Not going to happen. So whenever there is a fault on the line or with broadband that isn’t the customers fault, you have the nerve to try charge us £25 per visit. What a muppet company! Cancel time

    @virginmedia I’ve been on to the team and logged the query. As per my original tweet the issue was logged and no response. The hold time for customer service is ridiculous and then no follow up. Will be moving my business if not resolved this week. Going on 3 weeks now
