    @virginmedia No, I’m on the super hub 2ac. I have got no wired connections and so am not/cannot check them. The box is working fine as is the internet through the box so I assume the problem is just with the WiFi.

    @virginmedia so still waiting for my return call about escalating a billing dispute, that was started Tuesday. Very poor service once again, and to be told in the call you can send an engineer to see if its crossed wires at a one off charge of £90 that's taking the ****.

    @virginmedia The only solution you provide is to miss precisely what I pay you for, so you can get it fixed in time for me to watch in the main, what I don’t want to watch. You have no solutions beyond telling your customers to suck it up whilst you hoard extortionate subscription fees.

    @virginmedia Hi, as mentioned I have already tried these steps and I still do not have any internet access. Everything was ok until there appeared to be work being done on the box on our street last night. Been v poor and now not working ever since.

    @virginmedia We took the new deal online which included a television for being a new customer. Therefore, we got a second box fitted & 4 months later, still NO TV. For the first month, the box didn’t work properly & we were promised a discount of our monthly bill & that didn’t happen either.

    @virginmedia It’s an issue with the broadband, kept getting passed back and forth between departments until eventually one of the colleagues dropped the call. I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.

    Disgusting service from @virginmedia, moved home and told package would stay the same, now been slapped with a bill for TRIPLE what we pay!!! After 20 minutes of the phone the customers services lady cannot explain where all the charges come from!! DISPICABLE!!!

    So @virginmedia are doing a discounted deal plus £100 credit for ex service people who have the DDS card , very good of them if they didn’t tell me that it can only be done online!! So if you’ve served your country and decide to call them on the phone , tough! @discounts_mod

    @bucklandmatthew @virginmedia It’s really poor, I feel like you just spend most of your time going around in circles with them. Status page will say no issue, troubleshoot page says issue and to turn everything off. You do so and it still doesn’t work and you get the same message from the TS again.

    @virginmedia Given that I can access the internet through the TiVo box I’d think the wired connection is ok. This is happening frequently now and there is never an issue shown on the status page but is often an issue when I run the troubleshoot. I’m increasingly fed up with the service.

    Terrible service from @virginmedia, was told Internet would be on by 9am today, activated line, nothing happened, customer services made me jump through hoops and had the most disgusting attitude, then been palmed off with the old "it's been reset, give it an hour". Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia Done it, respond within 28 days. I only get 14 days cooling off so have to cancel now. Can’t risk trying to cancel when they contact me on day 28 when I’m out cooling off period.

    @virginmedia Yes I had already checked service status and it says there are issues in the area with a resolution first stated for 4pm today, now it's 8am tomorrow. This is day 2, my partner works from home and is unable to do his job.

    @virginmedia how do I get to talk to an actual human being? Normal customer services through WhatsApp couldn't because I'm on an "oomph" package. The oomph number disconnects, and normal customer services just don't answer, after over an hour or holding so...enlighten me.
