Extremely frustrated and disappointed at the very poor service we're receiving from @vmbusiness as we bring five new phone contracts over from EE. No reply to emails, no returned tel calls. #unacceptable

@virginmedia Your web app says there is no problem, but your telephone diagnostic services says there is? Which is correct?

@virginmedia This was 14 days ago (17/09/2020), and I cannot remember the website, and the network engineer advised (19/09/202) me it might 24 hours before it settled .... Since then it's been variable ....

@virginmedia After an hour and ten minutes of appalling noise the woman who put us back on hold disconnected us. Five minutes into the new call and all we want to do now is cancel the contract that you’ve failed to provide.

@virginmedia I’ve given up. You’ve failed yet again to provide what I we needed. I’m not surprised. Virgin Media is fast becoming synonymous with this lack of service. I do NOT recommend you to friends and family.

@virginmedia I do get fed up with @virginmedia platitudes and inability to solve why I have poor connections speed, down to 28kbs at the moment, but your Helpdesk, after I waited 45 minutes, do not consider this to be a problem. Try downloading a 100Mb spreadsheet at that speed.

@virginmedia I have been offered the opportunity to complain, but as a customer of 20+ years I am aware complaints tend to get ignored. At its worst speed was down to 0.5Mega bits per second ... At its best (for 20 minutes or so) maybe 150Mega bits per second. Paying for 200Mbps .....

@virginmedia I didn’t know I could use the forums to terminate my contract.

@virginmedia Because I wouldn't connect a laptop to an unknown (to me) website, through the router, where the could alledgely monitor connection speeds. When your engineer visited he had to escalate the issue to your network team. Because I had 1 downstream & 1 upstream not the 24 down and 4.

@virginmedia I do really get fed up with VirginMedias poor service and platitudes. The speed on my internet connection is down less than 56kb, but your Helpdesk technicians consider this to be a problem

@virginmedia It’s intermittent. Not off often enough to be called no service or you’d have to pay us back for the lack of service but not on long enough to be much use.

@virginmedia @dev101 Your on-call Network support, who had to wait 18 hours to be sent the ticket, and then he had to endure 4 hours on the phone to India. 2 other households in area also affected. Offer of compensation £0 (issue occurred 15:30 17/9, finally rectified 18:30 19/9).

@virginmedia Er no, if you had read the thread in its entirety, you will see that I said I was getting someone to look at how to organise the internal network on the house, and I would be leaving at the end of my contract, in 17 months. I would not recommend Virgins services to anyone.

@virginmedia My Daught is having significant problems with her IPAD as result, and using her phones data (no we are not Virgin phones), which is costing her, when your network falters, I then switch to my NHS phone and use its data, and my simply uses her work phone ...both essential workers.

Why is the picture on @virginmedia TV pixilating on a lot of channels. Considering it’s coming down a cable. Very annoying as I am paying so much for the privilege. My other TV which is free doesn’t pixilate.

Just been told @virginmedia that this problem will be fixed at 5:30PM...! That is a WHOLE working day! Pardon my language man but what ********? And then you don't want to compensate for us having to use our mobile data by knocking a few quid off the bill! Absolutely horrendous.
