@virginmedia Thanks for the steer to your Indian call centre ,they very helpfully tell me to remain patient until the outage is resolved unfortunately they couldn’t tell me if 21 days and counting is a record maybe you have other forms of enlightenment.

Any update to the Digital Landline faults in #Lincoln @virginmedia. I’m told the cancellation my services for the 1st April has been cancelled why is this? Why are 150 trying to upsell me @VMO2News products when your core products don’t work! +3wks without a landline @Ofcom help

@virginmedia not happy #VirginMedia landline forcibly converted to digital line after “fault” broadband outage 1am this morning sets off lifeline phone line warning. The point of having a big red emergency button is when there’s an emergency you press it and it calls for HELP!

@virginmedia I have not made any changes, and I have a Hub 3, and a pair of 5 year old TiVo boxes, one of which is having problems playing back things that have been recorded. But as I don't want waste an hour if my time in a queue, I shall just look forward to the end of the contract ....

@virginmedia Thanks ,yes I’ve had several updates on completion of work pre Xmas it was 6pm most days . Since then it was 3:30 yesterday , definitely today , and one of your highly trained customer agents advises me it will be 3:30 tomorrow ,unless of course you know something ?

Virgin Media fixed the phone issue, a local fault, so I rang Royal Mail to get my money back. The phone went out again during the call. If I was a person with anxiety and depression issues this might be a major problem. Oh wait, I am a person.....

@virginmedia No, as I said, I don’t. I’m sorry but having to use a wired connection is ridiculous. Nearly all devices use the internet wirelessly. That is not an excuse for my internet being slow and intermittent dropping out.

@virginmedia You sent out a wifi pod that I had to go and collect, but that has not helped the issue at all. Now all of my tech struggles to stay connected, I most likely will be moving to another provider as the wifi you guys have is appalling.

@virginmedia I’ve been waiting for a new router since Christmas. Intermittent issues with broadband now for two years. Outrageous service I also have Virgin mobile and credit card as well. I can’t keep calling the technical team as I can’t trust anything I’m told

@virginmedia We have very intermittent broadband. I have followed the instructions on your website numerous times. Managed to find an alternate number and get an engineer booked for Monday. This was after I was told by your customer service that the government told you not to send engineers !
