    I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

    @virginmedia I have now tried a laptop on wired and that varies from 110 meg down to 30meg..i really need a engineer to sort this! I have done all your resents,power downs x 3.i have been promised call backs which never came,I'm sick to death of being fobbed off tbh I need out this contract !

    @virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

    @virginmedia All mail has been either ignored or responded to with no suitable advice for my issue. Telephone - no help. I'm not talking about hanging up after 5 or 10 minutes. Even well over an hour of waiting doesn't help. Twitter - no help. It goes in One Month (19/02/2021). Court it is.

    @virginmedia your phone lines dont work, the people on the other end of live chathave taken 3 hours to help me out, still not sorted. I just had one person cancel my premium sports subscription without my consent and pass me off to another department who will take another 3 hours
