    @virginmedia No. Trying to upgrade to a faster broadband-only plan. Chat can’t do it because cancelling the landline I don’t use is heretical. Fastest broadband speeds require me to take a SIM I don’t want or need. Online tries to push a TV service. No one listens. Customer fumes.

    @virginmedia Yes one minute its on then off the service for internet is very poor. It says we need an engineer !

    @virginmedia I’ve given up. You’ve failed yet again to provide what I we needed. I’m not surprised. Virgin Media is fast becoming synonymous with this lack of service. I do NOT recommend you to friends and family.

    @virginmedia After an hour and ten minutes of appalling noise the woman who put us back on hold disconnected us. Five minutes into the new call and all we want to do now is cancel the contract that you’ve failed to provide.

    @virginmedia You can tell it's the weekend when your SONOS speaker is not able to stream radio on a consistent basis, due to intermittent internet problems, which I reported two weeks ago, got a visit on the following Wednesday, got told the installation was poor and left.

    @virginmedia I do really get fed up with VirginMedias poor service and platitudes. The speed on my internet connection is down less than 56kb, but your Helpdesk technicians consider this to be a problem

    @virginmedia Is it an instructional twitch of all customer service officers, to say "I am sorry ....", wouldn't it be better if your organisation actually did something about it? So it becomes the exception and is not the norm?

    @virginmedia I do get fed up with @virginmedia platitudes and inability to solve why I have poor connections speed, down to 28kbs at the moment, but your Helpdesk, after I waited 45 minutes, do not consider this to be a problem. Try downloading a 100Mb spreadsheet at that speed.

    @virginmedia @Sonos I don't want meaningless "Sorry for the poor service" what I want is it to be fixed, and fixed permanently, and to be supplied with what I am paying for, which is a stable 200Mbs service.

    So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

    @jack108986 @virginmedia Seems lots of people are having the same problem. I’d go on channel 100 and hope by the time McGregor is on they’d fixed the issue.

    @virginmedia my new Samsung TV arrived replacing my 12 year old TV and to my massive disappointment I can’t watch sky sports in SD ,the picture is soo poor it’s unwatchable. I’ve tried changing the video output but no improvement. Paying £134 pM this has to be better.

    @virginmedia I heard words but no actions, but that is your company all over! Money saving expert last week gave you 3/10 poor. My bill is halved and so is my service, but it’s early days...the month isn’t over yet! Just be honest.But you are Not! Communicate people! 3/10 says it all!
