-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia My Daught is having significant problems with her IPAD as result, and using her phones data (no we are not Virgin phones), which is costing her, when your network falters, I then switch to my NHS phone and use its data, and my simply uses her work phone ...both essential workers.

AlicrySky (@SkyAlicry) reported from Lincoln District, England

Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia Also perhap if you read the full thread, it would help.
-
GIBBO (@ONLYONEGIBBO) reported from Waddington, England
So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia I do get fed up with @virginmedia platitudes and inability to solve why I have poor connections speed, down to 28kbs at the moment, but your Helpdesk, after I waited 45 minutes, do not consider this to be a problem. Try downloading a 100Mb spreadsheet at that speed.
-
AlicrySky (@SkyAlicry) reported from Lincoln District, England
@virginmedia I gave in and decided to call. 30 minutes listening to the worst quality music ever! And counting... :’( @virginmedia sucks *****
-
AlicrySky (@SkyAlicry) reported from Lincoln District, England
@virginmedia After an hour and ten minutes of appalling noise the woman who put us back on hold disconnected us. Five minutes into the new call and all we want to do now is cancel the contract that you’ve failed to provide.
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia You can tell it's the weekend when your SONOS speaker is not able to stream radio on a consistent basis, due to intermittent internet problems, which I reported two weeks ago, got a visit on the following Wednesday, got told the installation was poor and left.
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia I do really get fed up with VirginMedias poor service and platitudes. The speed on my internet connection is down less than 56kb, but your Helpdesk technicians consider this to be a problem
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia @Sonos I don't want meaningless "Sorry for the poor service" what I want is it to be fixed, and fixed permanently, and to be supplied with what I am paying for, which is a stable 200Mbs service.
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia I have been offered the opportunity to complain, but as a customer of 20+ years I am aware complaints tend to get ignored. At its worst speed was down to 0.5Mega bits per second ... At its best (for 20 minutes or so) maybe 150Mega bits per second. Paying for 200Mbps .....
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia Your web app says there is no problem, but your telephone diagnostic services says there is? Which is correct?
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia Second day running, get to 4pm and the internet crashes ... Unfortunately I do not have the luxury to stop work and try to fix it
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia This was 14 days ago (17/09/2020), and I cannot remember the website, and the network engineer advised (19/09/202) me it might 24 hours before it settled .... Since then it's been variable ....
-
AlicrySky (@SkyAlicry) reported from Lincoln District, England
@virginmedia It’s intermittent. Not off often enough to be called no service or you’d have to pay us back for the lack of service but not on long enough to be much use.
-
Jon Page (@JonLPage) reported from Lincoln District, England
@virginmedia Hello! Do you have any update on the intermittency issues in LN5?
-
AlicrySky (@SkyAlicry) reported from Lincoln District, England
@virginmedia I’ve given up. You’ve failed yet again to provide what I we needed. I’m not surprised. Virgin Media is fast becoming synonymous with this lack of service. I do NOT recommend you to friends and family.
-
Clive Burt (@Clive_Burt) reported from North Hykeham, England
@virginmedia Er no, if you had read the thread in its entirety, you will see that I said I was getting someone to look at how to organise the internal network on the house, and I would be leaving at the end of my contract, in 17 months. I would not recommend Virgins services to anyone.

@virginmedia @elisjames We have complete and utter rubbish with correspondence. They have made appts to renew outside cables, cancel without telling you. Leave you with no phone line for 2 weeks and have now said 15th. Taking monthly payments though. Absolutely diabolical service in SE19.
-
Rina Nova (@RinaNova10) reported
@virginmedia Wifi has been out in BS34 for over a week now, each day customer service says it'll be fixed today and it never is. Horrible service.
-
Jennypickering (@pickering80) reported
@virginmedia I have the activation tab in the entertainment section but it states pending? They have told me they are escalating but I haven’t had Netflix via yourselves since I took out the contract in July and I’m having to continue to pay for my Netflix service.
-
Alchemy in the UK (@alchemyintheuk) reported
@virginmedia make sure your service status option on your website does not go 'missing' when there's an issue- for starters. I could go on- I have a list, but you didn't exactly give much in the way of genuine response to previous complaint - 3 clearly automated letters- no care
-
xoxosi (@xoxosi2015) reported
@virginmedia stupidly slow broadband since 8.30am this morning RH1 area, not phoning to be on hold for hours tho
-
Miles Cant (@codedbymiles) reported
@virginmedia Customer service agent just hung up on me, and now when I call back it says the office is closed but listed as 8pm online for closing, now without broadband. Not great customer service.

@virginmedia Yes I've raised a few complaints now and nobody has responded to them. I was talking to a virgin media member yesterday and I said I'd like to raise another complaint. He advised me it's a waste of time as it will not be delt with. Yes next month 🤬.
