How do I get it replaced?

Richard Adams (@Pogit) reported from Lincoln District, England@virginmedia That’s not true that why they now allow calls to other urgent services for priority vulnerable customers such as gas, water electric police and medical urgent but not emergency numbers the trouble is this doesn’t allow calls to hone help and life lines though they should!
