    @virginmedia A few weeks ago I had to contact you a number of times about my failing broadband in my area I was promised I would have a reduction in my bill and this has not happened also the amount of calls I had to make to sort out the problem has resulted in a bill of £47

    @daniellemariew3 @virginmedia Yep. They marked it as fixed to restart the clock on the £8 a day compensation for service outages. It kicks in after 48 hours of outage per fault, but when they marked it as fixed yesterday they made a new fault and they will probably do the same tomorrow to avoid paying out
