Hughes #cans (@Hughes_is_great) reported@adzflowers @virginmedia @VictorMeldrew77 I've been waiting nearly 4 months for them to sort my account, I still can't get into it. Every time I get told they will "escalate my case to IT support" and nothing happens. Amazing connection, non existent customer service.
-
James Robertson (@JameskRobbo) reported@virginmedia I’m forever wasting my time trying to cancel my service but because the email is old and I can’t access it, you can’t do anything
-
TheModSmith (@TheModSmithYT) reportedMy household has been with @virginmedia for around 25 years. We’re told new customers at our address can get full fibre/XGS-PON, but existing customers can’t migrate. So we’re stuck on older HFC/DOCSIS with Gig1 upload around 100Mbps. Why must loyal customers cancel/rejoin?
