@virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

@mrwilliamstokes He couldn’t be clearer that he’s asking for a repayable loan not free money. The media really have their heart set on pulling Virgin apart. People are terrible too, we make our own beds that we have to sleep in - E.g. flying Ryanair now because we put nicer airlines out of biz.

THOUGHT OF THE DAY: Virgin Media are a total shower of s**t and their engineers are about as much use as a paper bag on a wet day. CEO can't be asked to respond to emails of complaint and no email address for customer service to complain to.either. Want my advice, avoid them.

@virginmedia I spoke to an agent but all she could say was turn it off and on again. Also didn't understand that no signal on the Tivo box is not related to IP connectivity on the router. Now I have to wait for an engineer visit on Saturday. I can 100% tell you the problem is at your end.

@SheilaDillon @virginmedia @LutzSchueler Glad things are moving. I've found it gets results. Just Google for the CEOs email. Sadly most companies customer help Depts are poor - workers don't have the proper incentives or power to action to get results. Hopefully their CEO will ask for data on this and visit the workers.
