@virginmedia Still no reply I’ve sent messages in all Social media platforms as well as emails, I refuse to call the number anymore because it’s already cost me £47 in pound charges trying to sort out my connection issues, I’m feeling very let down by your service at the moment!

@virginmedia A few weeks ago I had to contact you a number of times about my failing broadband in my area I was promised I would have a reduction in my bill and this has not happened also the amount of calls I had to make to sort out the problem has resulted in a bill of £47

@virginmedia the broadband is down in Lincoln, yet you’re website says it’s fine , I’ve just wasted 40 minutes trying to get that confirmation via a mobile conversation, you don’t want people to ring you that is why the contact numbers as so hidden, now you want £ 4.80 more

@virginmedia I called numerous times between 21 July and 10 August to be assured each time that it would be sorted - an engineer had been assigned and it would be done last minute on 10 August for the install on 11 August. I've been a customer for over 15 years but never again.
