@virginmedia Wired speed is fine. Getting what I expect. General Speed isnt the issue. It’s connection drops. Rebooted hub. Reset hub. Checked all the connections.

@virginmedia It keeps turning itself off. I've reset the box numerous times. Have been on the phone to yourselves for over an hour today, but still didn't get through so gave up. Just want this sorted as have had this problem for weeks!
