@virginmedia He said it’s signal and we need to call back after each booster is delivered if service still isn’t good enough if after three it doesn’t work they will send technician but I just wanted to request booster number 2 and 3 if possible without ringing again!

@virginmedia There is no point. My mum was told that the Executive Team would respond to her complaints in 28 days. They were up on 6/9. She is still waiting. The original complaint was issued in APRIL. I’m not going to argue, the contract has been terminated and her business taken to Sky.

@virginmedia It’s the level of service you DO provide and have done for a very long time. Tweets like this make no difference. VM needs to take a long, hard look at itself and make improvements to the actual physical service it provides and the responses (or usually, lack of) to customers.

@virginmedia Yes, which is @YodelOnline . But it is also the sender's responsibility to ensure it reaches the customers. Not the customer's responsibility to chase virgin media's suppliers. As @YodelOnline have confirmed, they cannot release any information to me as I'm not the sender.
