Quick question, if @virginmedia made £5.9B last year why is my bill increasing by 30% per month? No additional services, no increased bandwidth and 1 UHD channel #CustomerSatisfaction is poor! Think that @SkyUK might be cheaper! #compare

  • Photogaphotogr1 Photogaphotography (@Photogaphotogr1) reported from Warkleigh, England

@virginmedia There you answered my question 100% your service is no where near 02 high standards as they never charge upfront on any mobile contract

  • allunbobroberts Allun Roberts 🇺🇦 (@allunbobroberts) reported from Warkleigh, England

@virginmedia And the other £3bn did what? 10% data increase is not an excuse to increase my bill by 30% and not increase my service. #wasteofmoney and #wasteoftime

@virginmedia having real bad issues with my broadband and why does it say weak security on my phone. Help a man out 🙄

@virginmedia 1 hour of her time completely wasted by following your promoted and prominent “Customer Help” option? Truly a joke. Why are you tripling the costs of premium rate calls? A call to @ThompsonMorgan costs 7p but my mothers bill shows an ultimate charge of 20p per min

  • theegirlnicole n (@theegirlnicole) reported

@virginmedia I CANT LIVE LIKE THIS FIX THE WIFI PLEASE MAN

  • kilkiefilms kilkiefilms (@kilkiefilms) reported

@virginmedia Yes, service status claims no outages. Ran the test which says there’s a network issue “caused by interference on the cabling coming into your home,” which happened last week too, for a few hours, but resolved itself.

  • OnaliEnrico Enrico Onali (@OnaliEnrico) reported

@virginmedia @guardian Now they are again asking me questions, instead of allowing me to cancel the contract.
