    @virginmedia customer care ...defies understanding of how it can be so poor. Left with compromised service, out of pocket, condescending email saying I'm not entitled to compensation and told it might get better in January 🙄

    @virginmedia (PS and any refund or compensation depends on you recognising I am not getting a full service for 48 hours +. Your customer assistant says there's a problem, your website says nothing wrong...I wonder which the refund depends on?)

    @virginmedia I did indeed, upon visiting the network logs after the initial setup, it then shows these logs as the initial logs on the hub. I do agree though this is pretty strange
