    It’s amazing how quick and easy it is to speak to someone at @virginmedia when it’s a new sale but after sale support is appalling. It’s like the whole service team go AWOL.

    @virginmedia moved to bl2 area on 18th sill no Internet. Got told it would be fixed yesterday then got told today Today I get told next Monday. Retentions team then tried to sell me a more expensive faster package for a service I don't and won't have? What is this joke

    @virginmedia No intermittent connection to websites…the phone is connected into the router…..but my connect was being monitored. I cannot speak to tech support without jumping through hoops…been trying for 30 mins..I’m now tired

    @virginmedia Since the summer our broadband has become chronically unreliable: lost range & frequently dropping out. I spoke to Virgin before & got a replacement router. No difference. Had that rooter rebooted to factory settings on advice of Virgin who also applied some fix. No difference.

    @virginmedia Yes. And as I mentioned, it's impossile to speak to anyone about this. On the rare occasions that I have broken through there seems to be an inablity to trouble shoot what is clearly and an underlying issue.
