@virginmedia I just spent 10 minutes on hold to be hung up on because despite being a phone company, your phone lines are appalling. I’ll lob my wifi box in the nearest body of water and stop paying your inflated prices, consider your service to me cancelled. Pricks.

@virginmedia After spending 20 hours waiting to cancel account, I was connected to an agent who offered same terrible deals, now I need to wait to connect to someone else to cancel my account. Your service is abysmal. Will never be back and will advise everyone I know to avoid.

@virginmedia can u sort out the 4g in Nottingham my 4g used to work all over it never had a problem with it dropping now there area's I can't even go to where it doesn't drop to 3g I walk up a raid then back to 4g

@virginmedia Normally it’s intermittent issues every week but today everything is down and has been for a few hours. The hub isn’t that old either. The hub is red and the only option we could get for an engineer is Friday. Obviously when working from home doesn’t help us out.

@virginmedia I've been told that I'm "now speaking with the correct team" on multiple occasions. You can even see that from my chat screen shots. Moreover, my most recent WhatsApp chats have gone unanswered. Like I said, I'm now escalating the issue until it is sorted out.

@virginmedia This is not broadband, but due to Virgin moving their VMNO to @VodafoneGroup and their poor signal, I will be terminating 2 mobile contracts forthwith to go and join EE, Virgin Mobile will be hemorrhaging customers looking at others on the virgin forums having the same issue
