@virginmedia Engineer came Friday, still no service on the phone for 10 hrs to 18 people Saturday, you closed my complaint with £10 credit that I never agreed to, yet still no service waiting for another engineer… my complaint IS NOT RESOLVED @virginmedia

@virginmedia The biggest problem is you do t know how they work, installers don’t know how to check they work and more importantly no one seems to understand why they’re NEEDED! They will be why someone dies and Virgin WILL be named in the courts at a guilty party!

@virginmedia I’m still getting Mail saying it needs updating, but more importantly installers and CS need to ensure they’re installed correctly and why they’re needed. It’s not just for 999. 999 can take hours to attend Jane down the street can be here in minutes.

@virginmedia So what your saying is your doing the minimum required by the regulator, and failing your vulnerable customers. As previously stated VM will be mentioned in courts when people are pressing their emergency assist numbers and get a VM message saying their call can’t be connected!

@virginmedia not happy #VirginMedia landline forcibly converted to digital line after “fault” broadband outage 1am this morning sets off lifeline phone line warning. The point of having a big red emergency button is when there’s an emergency you press it and it calls for HELP!

@virginmedia That’s not true that why they now allow calls to other urgent services for priority vulnerable customers such as gas, water electric police and medical urgent but not emergency numbers the trouble is this doesn’t allow calls to hone help and life lines though they should!

@virginmedia Not really, no. It’s been incredibly intermittent for the past week at the very least, but it’s been a consistent issue for the duration of my contract. Yesterday it completely cut out for around 20 minutes mid Hangout call which was really poor.

@virginmedia Oh yes - it was clocked months ago with your tech team. They came 3x (never the days they said they would!). Seems they need to replace a line to our house. They drilled through our garden wall in the wrong place. Put a shabby piece of plastic over it. But we still have no line!

@virginmedia But full diagnosis requires me to reset my hub, which I have done multiple times and takes me a long time to set back up since I'm not strong default settings. A reset won't fix the issue. Also when I book an appointment it gets auto cancelled the next day due to other issues!
