@virginmedia not happy #VirginMedia landline forcibly converted to digital line after “fault” broadband outage 1am this morning sets off lifeline phone line warning. The point of having a big red emergency button is when there’s an emergency you press it and it calls for HELP!

@virginmedia That’s not true that why they now allow calls to other urgent services for priority vulnerable customers such as gas, water electric police and medical urgent but not emergency numbers the trouble is this doesn’t allow calls to hone help and life lines though they should!

A recorded voice saying sorry only calls to an emergency number are allowed is not much help of your lying on the floor only able to press your emergency lanyard! @virginmedia urgent training is required to ensure people aren’t left in this situation. #unacceptable #LivesAtRisk

@virginmedia Yes, issues showing. I've had to go to a cafe to work - so now as well as lost hours of income I'm down bus fare and refreshments so that I can use the the WiFi.

Any update to the Digital Landline faults in #Lincoln @virginmedia. I’m told the cancellation my services for the 1st April has been cancelled why is this? Why are 150 trying to upsell me @VMO2News products when your core products don’t work! +3wks without a landline @Ofcom help

@virginmedia I am shocked at your reply just about sums up virgins attitude to customer service, I dont pay for 50 meg i pay for more. Plus an uninterrupted service that i am not getting, if I wanted 50 meg I'd go to one of your more cheaper rivals and save myself some money.

@virginmedia 3 days of internet outages in Hoddesdon. I sent a complaint, chased it up today by phone and you denied there was any problems in my area. Absolutely livid with anger, no compensation will be given. Strange as its working at the moment without me changing anything

@virginmedia Yes, of course I've raised a complaint. Why would I be chasing it if I hadn't raised it? When I raised the initial complaint via a form Ive replied to the emails that keep saying its been resolved. If noone monitors them, maybe the email address should be called 'No Reply'.
