    @virginmedia @dev101 Your on-call Network support, who had to wait 18 hours to be sent the ticket, and then he had to endure 4 hours on the phone to India. 2 other households in area also affected. Offer of compensation £0 (issue occurred 15:30 17/9, finally rectified 18:30 19/9).

    @virginmedia Ok Virginmedia, the WiFi extender for which paying for (installed on 27th May 2020) has ceased working, this may or may not be as a result of the issues from the weekend or not, but before the issues started, it worked, afterwards it didn't. How do I get it replaced?

    @virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

    I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

    @virginmedia So I’ve contacted the number via text service, as you suggested and they are next to useless and have said I have to phone to cancel my TV service. So I am on hold AGAIN for the 5th hour today. This is beyond a joke now. I just want to cancel my out of contract TV package!!

    @virginmedia As this is ongoing issue I've used this before and left a message prior to the text service, no online chat was available. Also I tried the other options within this link (it's been suggested before). FYI my connect app won't allow me to check for blackspots or order boosters
