    @virginmedia I was told they were sorry and they were working on getting the problem fixed as soon as possible and he was going to sort out a goodwill gesture of a reduction on my next bill!

    @virginmedia We've also never used the phone line or number, so not happy to pay for a service that we only ever had to facilitate Virgin services that we cancelled in July. Had just assumed keeping the number would make life easier! How wrong I was!

    @virginmedia Hey there! Thanks for replying. No I waited another 40 mins and then gave up - I rang this morning but of course I’ve had to go to work and they can’t help me unless at home lol. I was upgraded to 200mb but only ever get 40 (once 212!) :(

    @virginmedia A few weeks ago I had to contact you a number of times about my failing broadband in my area I was promised I would have a reduction in my bill and this has not happened also the amount of calls I had to make to sort out the problem has resulted in a bill of £47

    @virginmedia The postcode check shows no issue but, when there are two engineers (I hope) outside fiddling in the junction box and my hardware test says there’s no signal coming in I imaging it’s probably ***** for now. Really not ideal...

    @virginmedia Still no reply I’ve sent messages in all Social media platforms as well as emails, I refuse to call the number anymore because it’s already cost me £47 in pound charges trying to sort out my connection issues, I’m feeling very let down by your service at the moment!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia - I am aware virgin media does not cover the whole of the UK. My knowledge of this is the EXACT reason why I asked the salesperson if there was an early termination fee when I moved (my home was up for sale when I joined virgin media) This is just a terrible lie!!

    @virginmedia Yes, finally have some decent wifi. You came and installed a booster last year, but proved relatively useless for full coverage, and required different user network names (virgin installer recommended). Your Hub3 is useless, time to admit it, and give customers a better unit.

    @virginmedia Hi. I'm unhappy with your customer service over the phones. I had to make 5 calls to actually get one of your team to reopen my complaint from 7/4/2021. As it was closed without my knowledge. The guy has also raised a ticket for my ongoing multiple recordings issue.
