@virginmedia We haven't had a stable connection since January and our internet drops out at least 20 times a day. Your customer service line is anything but useful, as no one seems to be able to figure out the issue that is causing this consistently inconsistent internet service.

@virginmedia thank you for sending out an engineer after the previous two couldn't fix our ongoing issue, but it would've been nice to have gotten a text or more than one call from an unknown number to confirm whether or not they are actually coming x

@virginmedia do you think you could actually repair the broadband and TV fault in the BR2 area? It’s been off for nearly 24 hours now and the fix estimate keeps getting put back. I might hold off the my next direct debit….sound fair?

@JohnKingscott @virginmedia As an IT manager for Her Majesty’s Treasury I find it annoyingly ironic that my role now involves governing their hybrid video calls but I can’t actually join any because my broadband is down. Ridiculous. I’ll be discussing compensation for loss of service with the area manager

@virginmedia @alameaux I dumped them because of their crap customer service. Over 20 years I was with them, from Telewest ( which was the best company ever) to this pile of crap. Liberty media overpaid for the company and now trying to screw more money from dwindling customers.

@RichardJMurphy @virginmedia letter yesterday. Price rise will be RPI + 3.9%, i.e. the higher of the 2 common inflation measures 🤬 Jan 2023 RPI = 19.2% Jan 2023 CPI = 10.1% Even if RPI <= 0%, £ rise will be 3.9%. Why? From April 2024 you cannot cancel contract within 30 days of £ rise 🤬
