@TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.

@virginmedia I wouldn’t bother. No one has bothered to explain to my 85 yr old mum why her account has been cancelled and her PAYG balance (~£100) cleared out. No response to our formal complaint and no one willing to discuss. Shameful treatment of vulnerable customer.

@virginmedia It’s been saying no since yesterday. Since the issues with some static IP customers arose. There’s clearly an issue that you are ignoring despite multiple people telling you. One DS and one US and no GRE.

@harispurs82 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Hence my point initially being Brandon owns a fraction of VM I don’t see them doing what Sky have done for for their customers. @skytv are far better for customer service.

@virginmedia I reported fault on 9th Dec. fixed 22nd Dec. The link you sent me says the "Once you’ve reported the issue to us and service has been fully restored, any credit owed will be automatically calculated and applied to your bill – so there’s no need to call us to credit you.

@virginmedia Yes it is .we had to use that to try & find out why our mobile signal was down. We didn't get even get a proper answer as to why we had no mobile network but got charged for the privilege.
