Lord Lefty cultural attachè for Gloucestershire (@the_fbpe) reported from Brockworth, England@virginmedia What I am seeking is a decent level of service for the money I am paying, who ever heard of a media service without an email address, that could be construed by a reasonable person to be a deliberate attempt to avoid scrutiny are you now being run by the government?
-
Margaret Joseph 💙 (@Foxelms) reported from Gloucestershire, England@virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.
-
Original Wild (@wild_original) reported from Churchdown, England@virginmedia Had an email to say my Netflix A/C has been cancelled even though I’ve paid you my subscription - no one on live chat for almost an hour now to help - anyone there?!
-
Richard (@Gooner_Richard) reported from Gloucestershire, England@kel14bt @WestBromEL Glad you got it sorted. I used to work for Virgin Media as an engineer. For it to take as long as it has, it will have been a network fault, which is much harder to solve than at the end user’s property (which I did). They could definitely communicate this better to customers.
-

I have been on the phone for over an hour and 15 min, am being transferred to the 4th person, no one takes responsibility or is able to help.

keith addy (@ads913) reported@virginmedia 20+ years a loyal customer, paying £128/month. New customers can sign up TODAY for the exact same package — Gig1 broadband, Mega TV, Sky Sports & Cinema — for £76.99/month. That's £51/month MORE for being loyal. Explain that. #VirginMedia #CustomerService
-
Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported@O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.
-
🏃♀️ 💯 Di Brander 💯 🏋️♀️ (@DiBrander) reportedDisaster has struck the Brander household. The internet is down. Virgin Media said it could be up to 24 hours til they find/fix the fault. This is when you realise that the internet makes everything work, or not work.
-
Yasmin alibhai-brown (@y_alibhai) reported@virginmedia My email account has been locked since last Thursday 11 June. I am an award winning journalist. This has totally disrupted my work. Your customer services raised a ticket P0136 01850 on Saturday to get it unlocked. Nothing has been done. Over to you.
-
keith addy (@ads913) reported@virginmedia I understand they're introductory, but the gap is £51/month for the identical package. That's not a normal "new customer discount" that's a loyalty penalty. What can you actually offer me?
-
Murdocke (@murdocke) reported@virginmedia your broadband has gotten noticeably bad these last few years, you used to be impeccable but now there’s always some fault you can’t fix and it gets pushed back again and again. ******** has happened to you? Your engineers lately are ******* shite. (Customer for 25 years)

Jonathan Black (@jonblackbsb) reportedI love on a street where it seems over 50% of households use @VMO2Life @virginmedia . That’s quite a lot of £££ per month paid out . But for the best part of a year everyone’s work has been disrupted by poor or no service . Apparently it’s noise emanating from a house 🏠 🤷1/2
