    @virginmedia Hi, my service is quite slow, and struggles to load anything on phones over wifi. Everytime I do a speed test it's about 30-35mb, doesn't matter if I do the test on, phone, laptop or xbox always the same, up load is fine at about 20mb.

    @virginmedia No, but I assumed wrongly that the person wasn't lying to me. The old tech was part of the reason I wanted to disconnect. I'm not sure why this is such an issue. This can be easily resolved by sending me the box I was promised. I hope the implication isn't that I'm making this up

    @virginmedia I spoke to one of your colleagues and he told me there are no works being done. He told me to reset the router which I did. The recorded message has said there is a problem but it’s being saying that for the last 7 days. I am using personal hotspot to get online
