@virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

@virginmedia your live bot is utter rubbish!! Round and round in circles then directs me to 150 each time. My broadband had been crap for months now. Almost useless working from home. I want someone to call me. Not the other way round.

@virginmedia Done many times, always on hold for at least an hour, eventually get through to someone who tries desperately to wriggle out of sending an engineer. Eventually engineer comes out, says they’ve found the issue and it’s fixed but no change

@virginmedia @VirginMediaCC Yes, since the day we signed with Virgin we’ve had our broadband drop out intermittently, I’ve been years trying to rectify it. When it works it’s brilliant, but we seem to go two weeks of good service and a month of intermittent! Call centre said they’ve been aware since June!

@virginmedia why are you penalising me a 10 year old customer and not let me cancel effectively. This is against ofcom and a breach of consumer law. You are far too expensive and ineffective you are bullying your customers. How can I be expected to pay £164 per month!
