    .@virginmedia I am deeply deeply unimpressed with your customer service. You made a mistake with the delivery address for my order. I have been on the phone for over an hour and 15 min, am being transferred to the 4th person, no one takes responsibility or is able to help.

    @virginmedia 2/2 if I didn't call then NOTHING would have happened on 29th. I would still have no broadband. There's a serious training need of your staff if they can't identify the problems. I could have booked an engineer early this week if that was all I was suppose to do.
