    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    I recently cancelled my virgin media contract to join Nowtv...not a good move!..Brilliant concept but just try and speakt to customer services...ho hum..gonna rename it as The Abyss..

    @virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @virginmedia Thanks for the quick reply! We’ve tried the pods, I have two of them. They’ve made a very slight improvement but not enough for us to be able to stream things in other rooms. I moved to Virgin because of issues with sky’s internet, but I have to say we didn’t have these problems

    So disappointing to see @virginmedia customer service standards eroding so precipitously. In recent years the business really set the benchmark. Big change in service over recent months. Appalling hold times and Reps with no clue. Shortsighted cost-cutting.

    @virginmedia "It looks there aren't any issues affecting your area" I've got connection, just things like this tweet may take up to 20 seconds to go through, most browser connections have a pause on them, things like discord halt for up to 10 seconds etc. Only on wired in devices.
