Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

@franklake @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Wait till you finally cancel, you then have to wait for the return packaging to be delivered, assemble the bloody thing, put your boxes into the box they send, including cables and remote, and send it all back or get charged 100 quid. Enjoy!

@CISASUK @virginmedia I used the resolution service to come to a settlement with Virgin on 9/4/19. Response from Virgin that a cheque would be sent and should be received within 7-10 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I’ve received no cheque in the post. Not happy

@virginmedia why has my 85 Yr old father in law had his land-line cut off. Spent 40 mins on Sunday to the retention team, who could not resolve the problem. Promised to call 10am Monday, it's now Wednesday, still no call and no land-line.
