    @virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

    @virginmedia We can’t watch tv the message is telling us we have no WiFi when I have it on phone and iPad and terrestrial not available either. The TV is new. I’m tired phoning. £89 a month is more than anyone else in our terrace pays, some have good service, some bad.

    @virginmedia Spoke to someone yesterday and they suggested that we cancel our new installation incase it was that stopping us getting reconnected but 24 hours later we still have no Internet (now on 5th day)and lost our chance of getting installed as quickly as possible when in our new place
