@virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia I'm getting slow speeds, promised me a call back to arrange engineers which never take place. Then get advised there no chance of you getting an engineer if your not getting the service you paid for. You continue to take my money with no remorse in these unprecedented times.

@virginmedia Hi, yeah I think it may be a problem with the in house connection. I’ve rebooted the hub three times. Spoke to a lady last night who said to ‘forget this WiFi’ on my devices and log back into hut still having a problem.

@HoggyEvans @virginmedia I paid for 200 from virgin and never got over 30 on a regular basis. Also huge latency issues... They’re a nightmare to contact if you do have issues too...
