    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia 29th January, but this date keeps moving right, as the issue was being worked on on November and December. Lack of communication is awful. Also no mention of compensation when I'm paying £62 a month for 1gb and never get that at peak times.

    @virginmedia contacting your customer support at the moment is awful, my wife has spent hours on chat bots telling her to wait for an advisor, then it keeps disconnecting! Can you get something sorted! (Covid is not an excuse for not having robust communications) @richardbranson

    @virginmedia I’ve tried the forum, they were unable to help. Virgin Media Business have confirmed the issue seems to be with the DNS server. Can you help raise this with the faults team?
