    @virginmedia Internet very slow. Under 50mbps. Pay for 200mbps. New router on the way. Netflix won’t connect either. Got to reset router everyday. Told me I’d be compensated on next bill but wouldn’t say how much? Could you advice pls?

    @virginmedia had a problem with your tv service for over a month now, tried all the online troubleshooting and can’t get through on your phone lines. Been holding over 30mins again today.

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    I recently cancelled my virgin media contract to join Nowtv...not a good move!..Brilliant concept but just try and speakt to customer services...ho hum..gonna rename it as The Abyss..

    @AnnMemmott @virginmedia I too had a horrible time with @virginmedia. Never again; their product and service are the worst. Leaving the contract was a nightmare too.

    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia I don’t think I’ve been difficult, I’ve only asked for what my contract states and I think I’m entitled to expect that, given there’s a contract. Also tired of people apologising, it’s clearly not the person I speak to’s fault, there’s bigger problems here.

    @virginmedia I asked and asked for him to book me an engineer but he wouldn’t. Apparently I have to wait another 24 hours for it to be “investigated” like wtf is that about. I had to take yesterday off work because it was down for 4 hours. Absolutely shocking

    @virginmedia It’s yodel that’s the problem I managed to find my id for my parcel but they can’t give me a man explanation to where my parcel is or why is wasnt delivered yesterday when they tried too , think you need to use a better delivery service really
