@virginmedia Internet very slow. Under 50mbps. Pay for 200mbps. New router on the way. Netflix won’t connect either. Got to reset router everyday. Told me I’d be compensated on next bill but wouldn’t say how much? Could you advice pls?

@virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@virginmedia Hi John, I spoke to Tim who was brilliant. He’s sent me a new SIM in the post, and will try and save the number. However he stressed he couldn’t guarantee anything. I’ve had the number a long time and is sequential with my wife’s. It’s just the worst time it could happen.

Back on to @virginmedia to cancel subscription but on a private chat this time which has been going on 4 hours now as failed to get through by phone and being sent on a wild goose chase, not only is the chat on the link that was sent to me it's also on WhatsApp.

@virginmedia The phone is under contract with virgin and still owned by virgin until the contract ends correct? Have you not come across any other users with the same issue and can you confirm you have not checked the transmitter to check its transmitting on both bands that uses LTE?
