It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

After weeks of problems and discussions about WiFi connections, @virginmedia have just advised me that I should arrange my Zoom meetings for 7am when the traffic is lighter! Been very disappointed with them altogether. Leaving after 15+ years.

@virginmedia Well that’s pretty meaningless. Broadband down in Exeter & other parts of Devon. When is service expected to be restored? Why haven’t you put a message on your website? This is impacting my ability to work at home.

@virginmedia such poor staff in the call centre, seemed very smug and happy not to help a customer of over 30 years, eurobell, telewest then virgin, total loyalty and no respect from your staff. Looks like we shal be going to sky after all these years. Pathetic

I have had lots of issues with @virginmedia over the last few months. Received this today “We wanted to let you know that the speeds to your Virgin Media Hub haven’t fallen below your Minimum Guaranteed Download Speed for 3 days in a row.” And today its down completely.

@virginmedia Believe me, they are not working hard at all. Texting, Twitter, bot Messages. Try answering the phone with a human being - you are a comms company after all. So frustrating and still trying to open a flipping form via text. Really not good enough.

@virginmedia The last person promised me he would call me. He didn’t. He said he can’t help and doesn’t know what can be done. Before him the 20 other people promised me the right amount will be collected but that’s bot been correct. 6 months of hell and I’m still loyal.
