@virginmedia yet again more connectivity/TiVo issues in the EX4 area. Not great when working from home and you can’t access your important meetings. How about reducing our bills as we’re not getting the 24/7 service we’re paying for.

@virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

@virginmedia Yep, followed it all, tried every different avenue and just get told to speak with tech support. I work in IT, I know how to reboot, reset and test routers! I'd just like a new router please. Surely it can't be that much of an issue?

@jonkingh @virginmedia My solution. Not cheap but not too expensive either. works wonderfully. A 5G router from Vodafone. Incredibly fast and reliable. Eventually you can rid of Virgin.
