    @LauraRiceli I'm exactly the same. I ceremonially watch some terrestrial telly because I'm paying for it, @virginmedia won't let me cancel the telly as its part of my package. But we still have to pay a license fee because government reasons.

    @virginmedia after several weeks of suffering faulty equipment. I was promised a rebate, in fact I get an increase in my bill. Phone help desk, in queue, pass security, put on hold, pass security, put back in queue! No customer service, no personal responsibility. #utterrubbish

    @rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

    @virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.

    @virginmedia It is hard to complain. I just want to send an email but cannot find how to do this. I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

    @poojatweets @pjeedai @virginmedia Best way to cancel is send a letter to their complaints dept, Sunderland,send it recorded delivery, and then cancel direct debit in 30 days time. You have done your legal duty to cancel. They then have no leg to stand on. Meantime arrange to switch providers. Hope that helps.

    @TerryBpne @Sedds_lep @virginmedia I'm using their text system. Just no simple way of contacting them. It took 51 days from our original installation date to actually be provided with a service. We received the standard £5 a day compo but that's a government scheme, so they had to cover that.

    @virginmedia I will do but I have already spent hours on the phone out to virgin trying to sort out these issues!! I am a nurse and really disappointed I am having a complete nightmare with you. Currently in a queue yet again for I don't know how long!
