@virginmedia we’ve been without a landline for at least 3 & a bit days now, the online test says no issues and yet when you use a mobile to go through all the options it says we are aware of an issue, I know things happen now and again but I think 3+ days is more than excessive.

I have had lots of issues with @virginmedia over the last few months. Received this today “We wanted to let you know that the speeds to your Virgin Media Hub haven’t fallen below your Minimum Guaranteed Download Speed for 3 days in a row.” And today its down completely.

It would appear that @virginmedia broadband is down across the SW until at least midday. Not that you’d know from VM. Have had to glean this from internet searches & Facebook. Usual poor VM customer service.

@virginmedia Note that is impacting broadband as well. I had internet but as instructed I rebooted hub and now I have lost that service as well. Please acknowledge you are working on that as well. Perhaps leave a better message on 150 as there seems to be no way of contacting you directly
