    @virginmedia after several weeks of suffering faulty equipment. I was promised a rebate, in fact I get an increase in my bill. Phone help desk, in queue, pass security, put on hold, pass security, put back in queue! No customer service, no personal responsibility. #utterrubbish

    @rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

    @virginmedia Every device I have can connect to the wi fi with fast speeds and the connection doesn’t get interrupted, expect for my PC. The other night it suddenly dropped out & whilst Virgin CS managed to sort it out and get back onto the connection, it’s now very slow.

    @LauraRiceli I'm exactly the same. I ceremonially watch some terrestrial telly because I'm paying for it, @virginmedia won't let me cancel the telly as its part of my package. But we still have to pay a license fee because government reasons.

    @NoContextBrits @virginmedia I’ve just cancelled all @virginmedia services for the same reason, customer service is shocking. Any time you need something changing it involves a day off work to hang on the phone trying to make yourself understood on a crackly line to the Philippines 🤯

    @virginmedia I called on Monday evening and said I had been lied too and wanted the new order to be cancelled, do not send the second box and cancel my current contract and remove all equipment from my house. I did no longer want to be a virgin customer any more.

    @virginmedia On the 7th sep via whats app. 23rd call but you cut me off, 24th call and I believe watapp and the on Monday I told you to cancelled the new contract which you lied and to cancel my current contract immediately on a hour long call.
