@virginmedia Every device I have can connect to the wi fi with fast speeds and the connection doesn’t get interrupted, expect for my PC. The other night it suddenly dropped out & whilst Virgin CS managed to sort it out and get back onto the connection, it’s now very slow.

@LauraRiceli I'm exactly the same. I ceremonially watch some terrestrial telly because I'm paying for it, @virginmedia won't let me cancel the telly as its part of my package. But we still have to pay a license fee because government reasons.

@virginmedia after several weeks of suffering faulty equipment. I was promised a rebate, in fact I get an increase in my bill. Phone help desk, in queue, pass security, put on hold, pass security, put back in queue! No customer service, no personal responsibility. #utterrubbish

@rem @virginmedia happy with @bt_uk broadban good router with 3 mesh discs, we have had FTP for many years and get about 30 Mbps upload with 150 download. mobile fall back if line fail. expensive but do get BT mobile deal as well. good support.

@virginmedia I have zero connection and have done now since Friday. All the customer service have said turn it off and on. It’s done nothing, engineers coming tomo but it’s un- acceptable that I’ve had no WiFi all weekend or weak wifi but still paying high prices

@virginmedia They re-booted the boxes and it works for now but hasn't been working properly for weeks. I pay £120 a month for a service which isn't being provided but they didn't seem concerned by this. One off £15 compensation offered but feel that's a slap in the face.
