    @O2 number should have ported on Monday, from @virginmedia as part of new package. After several calls this week the porting has still not happened, now have no service! And yes I have switched it off and on again! #help #notgreat

    @virginmedia Thank you for your response. The issue returned swiftly after the engineers visit and has continued to deteriorate and now the picture is not visible nor the sound.

    @virginmedia So I had service on a temp number but that has no disappeared, O2 just keep saying it will be done, first by 6 on Monday then 9 on Tuesday etc...if you I'm me I can send you my numbet

    @virginmedia I cannot recall if there was anything specific, but they reset some things and checked the wiring but no resolution

    @virginmedia shocking customer service. Caring for my 76 year bed ridden father, recovering from an operation. I’ve got no internet, no TV until for him until Monday. And I can’t even speak to a manager about this. Time to find a new provider.

    @virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

    @virginmedia Firstly that it's impossible to get through to anyone on your site. I use a BT mesh WiFi system, this drops out. @bt_uk have said they there is a new virgin update from October you need to install to sort this issue.

    @virginmedia As a teacher I find your company disgraceful. I currently have a disadvantaged student with no wifi until the 25th of this month. They’ve also informed your company they are a student and yet still was told..nothing can be done. Thanks for your support

    @uglygingertroll @virginmedia @MoneySavingExp They dont really care - when i called to cancel, they were more focused on scaremongering - that due to covid no providers will install services. They even made a follow up call to tell me that. Covid-revenue vs long term customer!
