    @virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

    @virginmedia why has my 85 Yr old father in law had his land-line cut off. Spent 40 mins on Sunday to the retention team, who could not resolve the problem. Promised to call 10am Monday, it's now Wednesday, still no call and no land-line.

    @virginmedia It said I’m having signal problems with 18 devices and I’ve done what you’ve said and still getting the same and it’s gone even worse
