@CISASUK @virginmedia I used the resolution service to come to a settlement with Virgin on 9/4/19. Response from Virgin that a cheque would be sent and should be received within 7-10 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I’ve received no cheque in the post. Not happy

Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

@virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

@franklake @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Wait till you finally cancel, you then have to wait for the return packaging to be delivered, assemble the bloody thing, put your boxes into the box they send, including cables and remote, and send it all back or get charged 100 quid. Enjoy!

@virginmedia No it has not. Your installation team seem totally clueless of the process that needs to happen. And I have been told by several customer service agents that I would be able to schedule an earlier appointment "once the next step is complete". But now I'm told it's not possible
