    @virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

    @franklake @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Wait till you finally cancel, you then have to wait for the return packaging to be delivered, assemble the bloody thing, put your boxes into the box they send, including cables and remote, and send it all back or get charged 100 quid. Enjoy!

    @CISASUK @virginmedia I used the resolution service to come to a settlement with Virgin on 9/4/19. Response from Virgin that a cheque would be sent and should be received within 7-10 working days. Today is the 12th working day and I’ve received no cheque in the post. Not happy

    Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia Hi, I have tried but continuously get an automated message which says it scans my equipment for faults, it then tells me to reset my hub and call back if that does not fix the issue, yet I never get to actually speak to someone.

    @NoName_XX_AHF @virginmedia They did pick up eventually and sorted out, but it took me five days of trying. Shame really, I've been with them since they took over Telewest and rarely have a problem, esp if I call them at end of contract to keep the price down. But they're hard work when there IS an issue.

    @virginmedia tried to leave you a month ago but was left on the phone for over an hour and a half. Not been living at my address since Sept but had to wait 2 months due to “early cancellation fees”. Tried to cancel for this month but been charged £40 which you will give me back.
