We had full fibre installed in street and I jumped to an unknown, did some quick research on them and it was the best decision ever, night and day service.

Demanding money (I kid you not putting a demand for £0.00 or they will cut service and apply late fees) spoke to complaints they sorted and wiped everything. Literally two mins ago a new email demanding money >.>
