@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

@virginmedia, no broadband (N10) since yesterday. Flaky connection - connecting/disconnection minute by minute. There's finally a service alert on your website and it says fix to be expected on MONDAY!!! You cannot be serious.

@naomhgallagher @virginmedia PlusNet is probably the cheapest. We’ve been with them for 8 months and no complaints. And their customer service rates well. We tried Virgin a few years ago but after several visits they said there was a 1 metre gap between the cable in the street and the start of our drive.

So @virginmedia wants to charge us £165 to disconnect our broadband, even though we don't actually want to disconnect our broadband - we simply want to change the name of the person paying the bills as the person currently doing so is moving out. WTF IS THE CRAP!?
