    @franklake @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Wait till you finally cancel, you then have to wait for the return packaging to be delivered, assemble the bloody thing, put your boxes into the box they send, including cables and remote, and send it all back or get charged 100 quid. Enjoy!

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @virginmedia Been customer since 2005. Nothing for loyalty. Contradictory accounts of what might be wrong. Arrogant call centre staff who don't listen. It's simple. My phone + Engineers phone didn't ring when called. A caller could hear ringtone, but phone doesn't ring!

    @virginmedia for some strange reason im unable to view videos on my Twitter account whilst connect to my home broad band service, when I disconnect from your service I can view them ease.. Are you aware of an issue and if so, what are you doing to rectify it.
