    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @virginmedia @O2 Thanks for reply, they can’t do anything been like this since Feb 22 when on virgin sim before Virgin switch us to O2, Parents can’t use phone just wish told can’t cancel as will affect virgin contract. So what do they do..

    @virginmedia No, when I call you guys it says it’s an ongoing outage but like I said been going on for nearly a month now and it’s always at peak times it goes off . It’s so frustrating. Can’t see how it’s taking this long to sort out

    @virginmedia I understand that, just does make sense to me that loyal customers that have been with the company for 5+ years have no incentive to stay with you and other are rewarded for joining. If i was to leave and come back would i be a "new customer"?

    Virgin Media completely useless. Our hub router has broken and I've tried for two weeks to get it fixed or get a new hub replacement. Complete joke. Called them. Put you on hold then just leave the call. Don't use Virgin, terrible support!

    @virginmedia Speed is fine apparently but still can’t use a PlayStation that’s hard wired. This same console worked fine with BT. Please let me know how I can cancel and get a full refund.
