@virginmedia been a loyal@customer over 15 years. Terrible service . Router issues, tv issues, renewal package severly higher than new customer discount. Told to go sky for a better price !! Great customer service #virginmedia

@franklake @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Wait till you finally cancel, you then have to wait for the return packaging to be delivered, assemble the bloody thing, put your boxes into the box they send, including cables and remote, and send it all back or get charged 100 quid. Enjoy!

Not happy with Virgin Media at the moment. No WiFi since Saturday. Tried calling and got nowhere as the call centre is closed. Don't need this during self isolation. Does anyone else have this problem. Not good enough Virgin Media.

@virginmedia I have a Virgin complaint ref and a Cisas ref number. Don’t have them to had as I’m at work. I had no ref number relating to GDPR concerns that I emailed to the email address on your site.

@seeyouatthebar If you are with virgin media then they have a habit of setting the channel selection to automatic and occasionally switching it off. If you go into the router settings you can change this to a set channel. I had this issue a while ago.

@virginmedia Nothing on the status page to say there is an issue. However, engineer has just called and it looks like there is an issue with the connection into the house and not the Hub as first diagnosed, this could have been picked up two days ago......

@virginmedia are your call centre staff ***************? Ones just been an idiot to me sounded like he couldn't be arsed while ones just sent me down a line that rings out constantly for 20 minutes. Both asked me different security questions and one flat out refused

@bigjaimeneal @virginmedia They were bulletproof when I had them in the flat in Falkirk, so when they rolled out fibre broadband to south Musselburgh at the start of the year I switched right away based on that. Its been rubbish, some big long outages, patchy telly service. Not a patch on Sky.
