@virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

@stuart_monteith @sxaTech @virginmedia That's a generic advice for just about any ISP. It is usual that the ISP boxes are of questionable quality. NAT-ing a few users is probably fine, but consistently NAT/firewall/adblock multi-user home network/lab quickly becomes way too much for those devices.

Every single day i have problems with my @virginmedia internet not giving me the correct speeds i pay for. They are the least reliable internet company out. Paying for 300 down and 30 up and giving me 10 down and 5 up. Useless *****.
