    @virginmedia It fails daily, last two pay per view films buffered. After numerous calls to CS it is established I need a new box ! Also discussed my package offer which runs out on 31/7 for him to advise I go to sky !! After 15 years service !

    @virginmedia I had my WiFi and phone installed back in June , the box outside my house was broken so your engineer connected to my next door neighbour, and was told it would only be for a week , I have phoned numerous times and just get ignored . Atrocious service!

    @virginmedia No. The issue is that you are happy to deliver spam from other senders, but not happy that I should return it to them as a protest at their sending it (*not* my receving it). It's not for @VirginMedia to censor what I should choose to mail. I pay for a service.

    @virginmedia Why not turn up for appointments and meet deadlines and fulfil promises your set yourself. Why not stop wasting customers’ time? Why not show a shread of respect for people that are paying you for a service

    @virginmedia Yes, this is the same issue we have every single time our internet connection goes down. Does the engineers not fix the issue correctly when they arrive because it looks clear to me that this is a temporary fix!?

    @virginmedia I’ve done all of this. And you still don’t do what you say you’re going to do. That’s when you were calling me in 24 hrs guaranteed and didn’t, that was when you were coming within 2 weeks max and didn’t do. Why doesn’t someone resolve an issue instead of handing off to someone
