So in this sense, it’s largely irrelevant who is actually supplying your broadband contract, as they’re using the same physical infrastructure.

The other night it suddenly dropped out & whilst Virgin CS managed to sort it out and get back onto the connection, it’s now very slow.

I won't be phoning them again, I think I shal be canceling. Shame after all these years.

The mobile service is next useless and despite upgrading to the highest Sky BB speed available it’s still not as good as EE plus they did the price hike wrapped up in some BS marketing about how wonderful they are. Back to EE asap

One guy said its not that, came three times, changed modems, cables connectors etc. I told them don't send him , they sent a new guy listened to what I said, fixed what I said.

Three engineer visits, five plus calls to Indian call centres, and still you can’t activate the TV contract you upsold me when I simply called to get my connection back. Awful, awful business model.
