@virginmedia Contact them later today to run through the troubleshooting tips before they will send an engineer to fix the issue. Even though it's same issue as been having for weeks which has already been ”fixed” once.

@LauraRiceli I'm exactly the same. I ceremonially watch some terrestrial telly because I'm paying for it, @virginmedia won't let me cancel the telly as its part of my package. But we still have to pay a license fee because government reasons.

@virginmedia Every device I have can connect to the wi fi with fast speeds and the connection doesn’t get interrupted, expect for my PC. The other night it suddenly dropped out & whilst Virgin CS managed to sort it out and get back onto the connection, it’s now very slow.

Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

@virginmedia after several weeks of suffering faulty equipment. I was promised a rebate, in fact I get an increase in my bill. Phone help desk, in queue, pass security, put on hold, pass security, put back in queue! No customer service, no personal responsibility. #utterrubbish

@WilliamNB wow. I was expecting the same with virgin media a few months back, but the person on support was really good and took my word that my network was working fine and it was their router that was the issue. Was so nice to not have to jump through hoops to get the right people on it.

@Fibutton @virginmedia We went with BT, cos Himself was fed up of the signal dropping. The excuse? Cos there are some trees on the green yards away the signal cant find us. I couldnt contain the laughter at them.
