    @virginmedia it will only affect my credit score if you let it - you can stop that from happening by writing off any further charges to compensate me for the appalling service, for myaccount registration not working and for your agent refusing to let me speak to a manager

    @virginmedia My partner spoke to your customer service team today without much resolution. Suggested we need a booster or a better bundle. Not sure that’s the best answer, given the price we are paying. And service was A1 for 12 months until about 4 weeks ago. There must be a reason for this.

    @virginmedia is there an issue in the Exeter EX4 area. There was an area power cut earlier. Power is back on but no internet (done all your checks). Says there’s a fault and to check back in 24 hours! I need the internet to work! Can you provide a better answer?

    @virginmedia The reason they want me to call back is because their system was down!! They won't send an engineer without running through steps that I've already run without them.

    @virginmedia such poor staff in the call centre, seemed very smug and happy not to help a customer of over 30 years, eurobell, telewest then virgin, total loyalty and no respect from your staff. Looks like we shal be going to sky after all these years. Pathetic

    Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a man and woman in their 70s were killed in a two-car crash in Co Louth. The incident happened on the R173 at The Bush yesterday afternoon after 3pm.     Having consistent problems with my @virginmedia broadband, & have just had the update that they hope to resolve the problem by Tuesday... I work from home, so how will it work to not have access to the internet for the next 2-3 days? I'm having to hotspot my pc.
