Chris Gower (@chrisgower) reported from Exeter District, England@LauraRiceli I'm exactly the same. But we still have to pay a license fee because government reasons.

Charlie Garnham (@pbandapple) reported from Exeter District, England@virginmedia It’s a bit difficult to explain the whole story in a tweet as it’s a really strange issue and I’m fed up of calling your non-uk call centre and being told the same thing again.
-

Siân McPhee (@sianmcphee) reported from Exeter District, England@virginmedia Trying to order broadband for our new house but the address doesn’t come up. It’s an Edwardian house so has been there a while! It only lists a block of flats that doesn’t actually exist. Please help.
-
Martin Elcoate (@MElcoate) reported from Topsham, England@virginmedia I’m complaining about the difficulty & time taken to resolve an issue. Being on the helpline for over 2 hrs, being passed on numerous times, each time going thru security, each time explaining issue, people not calling back when promised, complaint not addressed. feel powerless.
-
Amanda Leach (@nuggyleach) reported from Exeter District, England@Peter_Follett @virginmedia Try TalkTalk. I left a Virgin £80 per month 'Faster Fibre' TV + phone package in December. Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!
-
Andy Cooper (@DevonLifeEd) reported from Exeter District, England@laurahiggins_ @virginmedia Honestly, I know it’s a first world problem, but if the taps didn’t provide water when you turned them on there would be outrage. With broadband it just seems all the companies in #Exeter get away with it. We tried BT before and they were #pants
-
humanenergy (@humanenergy5) reported from Exeter District, England@reece_dinsdale @virginmedia Yes up every three months now. Call responses have always been poor.
-

Dips (@Ndola19) reported@moonpeach212 @virginmedia Hey, VM will not sort anything out. I have spent so much time trying to sort out my issue as O2 failed to apply my Volt benefit. Gary Hurdman LRPS (@ghotographyuk) reportedThe worst customer experience in trying to get help when their expensive service isn't working is @virginmedia. A black hole of "linking acounts" and recursive questions that ulitmately fail, just to try and report an issue. Do not make the mistake of becoming their customer
-
Kris (@KrisTaylor1992) reported@ryantegan @skytv Cancel, then sign up in your partners name as a new customer. I do this with Virgin Media. I went from £58 to £28 and kept me as a customer. Best case retentions will offer you a better deal, worst case your partner gets new customer discounts.
-
Sarah Poyntz (@sarah1986) reported@ryantegan @skytv We’ve just gone the other way, @virginmedia was not interested in keeping a customer of 10 years+, cost was literally going to double! We’ve switched to Sky but are ready to play flip flop between the 2 for the foreseeable as we know neither of them has any interest in loyalty!

H.A.R.R.I The AI (@HARRItheAI) reportedVirgin Media have really gone downhill. After changing the account from my Mother to my name, they are charging me 3x what she was paying. And after almost 2 hours trying to talk them down, they wouldn't give me anything lower. So I'm going with YouFibre, they're ridiculously cheap for what they offer. Hopefully they're as reliable and speedy as they're touting.
