Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

@virginmedia 3) nothing can be done until the 18th October when my phone line gets switched off, and then I have to book an engineer to call which could take weeks, in the meantime my emergency alarm will be out of use and I will be unable to call for help if I have a fall

@footballfeudz Unacceptable that weve all had no connectivity to the PSN network for 8 days. I will not be paying for my net for those 8 days and counting. We shouldnt have to input these details at the end of the day. I want a proper fix asap #virgin @virginmedia @PlayStationUK #psn

@virginmedia When talking about a data breach I'm not thinking it is best to suggest I post details on Twitter. I've called and spoken to a lady and she put me on hold to speak to someone and never came back to the call.

@virginmedia And this is a company that supposedly handles huge amounts of data! They need to sort out their own internal transmission of data. Thier techs don't seem to know there are problems with PSN. Laughable (if I wasn't paying for their [lack of]service)!!

Virgin Media must be the singularly worst company to deal with, bar none! Three technicians have failed to communicate my problems with regards to connecting to PlayStation Network. I'm just wasting my time going round in circles. Time to end my contract I think.

@virginmedia 6) be done until 18th October is unacceptable, surely there is a back up situation in place for customers who have Careline phone lines? Thank you for your time I hope you can provide me with an answer to my problem and not tell me I have to wait until 18th October
