Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

@virginmedia @primevideouk One of my most dangerous operations was getting involved with virgin. They let anyone port your phone number, without even bothering to tell you. They then clam up when you ask for an explanation of how poor their security is. AVOID AVOID.

@virginmedia The issue I’ve never really experienced before. So it will stay connected but there will be an outage for around 20 seconds where nothing will load and it will freeze, then it will continue. You never know when it will happen.

@virginmedia This has been ongoing since 5PM Monday now it’s saying 16.06 as the latest fix. What is the issue that is causing the delay? Sorry but it’s simply not good enough

@virginmedia Yes I have used that It should have been back on 5 hours ago No update whatsoever and when you try to speak to someone in customer service you wither get hung up on or copy and paste replies I need to catch up on lost work from this
