    Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

    @TheMandyGall @virginmedia @rte RTÉ bias, it doesn't suit the governments narrative on whom their very existence depends on. €750,000,000 was a great handout to them. That's ¾ of a BILLION WTF they are beholding to the government who have paid a high price for a PR company which RTE is.

    @virginmedia Issue still not fixed . your compensation is £10.34 a day . What about subscription services like Netflix etc . I’ve had to use data from my phone to work, this is unacceptable in an age where everything is WiFi. Also no contact from your team. This is a major issue in the area

    So fed with @virginmedia. The sky sports plus system has not been working for over a week and they have done nothing to fix it! Starts playing and then crashes, works on the crappy stream box but the quality is poor, works via the apps and website but not on the normal box!

    @virginmedia I have a Virgin TV V6 Box with lots of tivo recordings. I received an email today stating that I need to upgrade as my v6 service will stop soon. Please advise when, so I can plan ahead. Thanks.

    @virginmedia WiFi has crashed out 3 times already this morning. The service is appalling. Trying to do some really vital work. Rebooted 3 times now. Getting seriously peed off 🤬

    Does anyone else in Ireland has @VirginMediaIE as their mobile data provider? It's THE WORST service out there! God do I regret switching to Virgin Media, this mistake has cost me money and patience.
