I do not want to speak to your call centre or use the live text - both routes have failed to respond to complaint. Only other method is to send in a physical letter.

I’ve got no internet, no TV until for him until Monday. And I can’t even speak to a manager about this. Time to find a new provider.

Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!
