    @virginmedia I bet much doubt you can help ,I agreed a rention yesterday and they processed wrong deal went to redo it and time ran out and now won’t do it ans basically saying that’s not what was agreed despite screenshots .offcom I here come

    @virginmedia Also, MOST of your customer service representatives are rude and don't know what they're talking about. Did you know one of them told me to dial 150 for CS, even though I clarified that I'm NOT a Virgin Mobile customer? "Yes, yes this still works for you sir." Nope.

    @virginmedia Basically cut a long story I did agree a deal however it appears despite me asking for confirmation and then saying yes they put through the wrong one ,I chatted again this morning and basically told no you can’t ,it was literally like the new customer deal with a minor variation

    @virginmedia why is your Comms so rubbish? There's an outage in the area, confirmed on the website, but I keep getting texts saying it's fixed. 8 texts in the last 2 mins too. But everything is still off and your site still says there's an outage.

    @virginmedia @HopeForTo There are people from various areas of the UK telling you that they have a WiFi outage at the same time Service checker confirms it for those who’ve told you. Which means it’s not an equipment issue. It’s a Virgin Media national issue and yet no announcement on here
