@notorious_twub I was with @virginmedia for several years, no end of problems. And their customer service is shocking. I moved to @VodafoneUK for broadband and they have been fantastic. I won’t go back to VM.

@virginmedia Been having poor unusable internet all day today - worst it has been since start of lockdown. Service status says nothing wrong. Please check again - BH7 area. Had to use a lot of mobile data to be able to work today

. @virginmedia internet down again! Service status says up but I’ve checked with friends who live nearby and down for them too! BH7 area. We did have good internet for 2 days. What is going on? We were half way through a rented film!

@virginmedia I pay a lot of money every month for high speed fibre, but at the moment this is terrible. I reset my router every morning, but this morning I can’t stream 1 video (through Ethernet) to work out to even with no other devices working.

. @virginmedia our internet has been terrible for the last three days, cost a fortune in mobile data because of this, service status says no problem, your own service test fails when we run it! Why are there so many problems in BH7 area over last few months?

@virginmedia for the last 8 weeks internet has randomly dropped out several times ,about once per day ,I know others in area have had same problem and apparently won’t be fixed until 27th may .not contacted via phone due to current condition .

@virginmedia I can see that myself if I check the service status. Still showing as 4pm today, still off. I need a human being who can offer me compensation for the service we’re paying for and haven’t received for almost a week. Next step is the ombudsman this is so frustrating.

@virginmedia No we have had no reply other than a automated one telling us it would be 28 days. Can you actually do something and investigate why nobody has been to re-connect our service? Rather than send us elsewhere in your organisation?

@virginmedia An update for you. We telephoned @virginmedia today as still not working after 7 working days, to be told that they have no record of our call last week and no ticket has been raised, so we can’t escalate it. Also told only basic Netflix not standard, which is wrong info again!
