The phone app says there are problems, you click on service and it says there are no issues, you call the service line and it tells you No issues, (it hangs up on you - bad CE) then you speak to someone and there is an issue...

Confirmation received shows more expensive price. Easy way to fix? Don't want to try cust svc again, I don't have 2 hours!

I think there’s maintenance happening on our road right now but can’t see cos it’s behind a tree. Ah well. Looks like I’m gonna have to do some housework!
