    @virginmedia we have had Internet and TV trouble for weeks and now it's currently hours at a time. Yes least now it's acknowledging there is an issue in area but nothing seems to be a perm fix. Because it's only hours we are not compensated and yet I'm using my data up too.

    @virginmedia No and there never seems to be anything on the service status either. Always says its fine I also have the connect app which is when it states its turned off when it's clearly on.

    @virginmedia We can never get through or get cut off continually hence visit to shop in desperation. We both work during day. Also phone agents have no clue what to do about it or give wrong info or transfer then line goes dead. It is complete nightmare.

    @virginmedia Yes and says no issues. All the sudden around 11.30 internet went dead and the traffic light was flashing green on the super hub 2 router

    @virginmedia Already said I had downloaded it. When I try and look when it has issues it says it is offline and it is next to the TV and not behind it or anything else.

    @virginmedia @O2 just renewed my old virgin contract yesterday, virgin have provided the incorrect email address phoned O2 who said not there problem, phone virgin again, virgin transfer me to O2 again to be hung up on, get this sorted between yourselves if not I am cancelling!

    @virginmedia we have over 1000mb/s hired, yet we normally get something like 50 mb/s. Been having problems for months. Now they peak and our internet comes and goes every SECONDS. We have 3 freelance businesses in the house with no internet. +

    @virginmedia Hold for hours. They suggest sms for quicker reply which takes you back to the WhatsApp conversation where you just get offered deals and no one listens that all you want to do is cancel. It genuinely shouldn’t be that hard to cancel a service that I’m no longer in contract for.
