    @virginmedia The call was this morning btw. If only she was the only rude and unhelpful member of your customer service team, but no... Apart from maybe 2 of the 10 people I have spoken to this week, everyone else had the same attitude. Very unprofessional. Go read my 4 complaints.

    @virginmedia The problem is guys it’s gets through they always say it’s the wrong team transfer me to where ever the call centre is and then it doesn’t connect hence another hour wasted. For something that should be super easy if you just integrated this into the online

    @virginmedia If I'm a customer of yours and need customer service, you put me through to a call centre in India that provides wrong information. If I call and say I'd like to sign up as a new customer, I get UK/Ireland call centres... This is wrong. Do better.

    @virginmedia - twice I have been cut off when calling you this morning. Third time referred to complete a form on your website. Form doesn’t exist and wants me to hold for 45 mins for Live Chat! Not a great service!

    @virginmedia I was contacting you about the terrible service. I didn't have internet for a week and had to use up all of my data hotspotting as I work from home. Your disconnection team member "Helen" was rude and argumentative and kept shouting over the top of me. Go and listen to the call.

    @virginmedia I called re internet issues and she said there was nothing she could do. I said if I could get given the latest hub which she said didn’t exist when that was not true to then I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung the phone up on me. This is unacceptable and absurd
