Just had to put a 2nd call into @virginmedia this afternoon to sort out the problem they caused from this mornings call to them, which was to attempt to sort out issues from a previous call to them 🤬 New TV aerial installed next week and once @CityFibre are running, VM are gone!

@virginmedia Basically cut a long story I did agree a deal however it appears despite me asking for confirmation and then saying yes they put through the wrong one ,I chatted again this morning and basically told no you can’t ,it was literally like the new customer deal with a minor variation

Absolutely loath @virginmedia's over priced 360, and like their customer service, it's just rubbish, can't wait for @CityFibre to go online in our area so that I can trash VM, even if I have to take a hit when I cancel as locked into a contract at the mo, it'll be worth it!😡😠

@virginmedia I bet much doubt you can help ,I agreed a rention yesterday and they processed wrong deal went to redo it and time ran out and now won’t do it ans basically saying that’s not what was agreed despite screenshots .offcom I here come

Called virgin media last week. Part 1 Me - I'd like to cancel please. VM - you can't, it can only be a minimum of 60 before your contract ends. Called back today (less than 60 days) Me - I'd like to cancel please VM - I can see another agent has already cancelled.

@virginmedia Several times my WiFi is rubbish dropped out all the time several times a time your engineers have come out and don’t understand why and why we can’t get it in the front of the house but you want to charge me £200 to cancel a service that you agree does not work

@virginmedia When I login it says there are no issues, and therefore no way to report lack of service. The test runs and asks me to reset the router because of course I wouldn't have thought to do that in the last 36 hours myself.

@virginmedia On top of that, my new contract came with 2 360 boxes, of which 1 has defective sound. I have already spoke to your agents over the phone twice, who apparently escalated the issue with the second fault (?) team. All I want is the box to be replaced and I'm not hearing anything...

@virginmedia Then they say they don’t have any equipment..So no point trying to sign up to Virginmedia folks,they have no equipment to give you..It doesn’t help that the people you speak to at Technical support barely speak or understand English.15 yrs customer treated badly
