@lauraroachbiosi My sympathies. My Virgin Media service dropped dead a week and a half ago. I finally gave up and switched over to BT. The installer won't be here for another week. I'm currently doing everything via 4G, and it's like trying to drink a milkshake through a coffee stirrer. :P

@virginmedia You may have upto 28 days, however billing someone for a service that they don't yet have is probably a breach of contract. A CSR putting the phone down on you because they couldn't deal with an issue is also very disappointing.
