    Terrible experience with @virginmedia. Poor information, no coordination of installation teams & absolutely no communication. Months of stress & uncertainty and in the end, no broadband. @andreajenkyns pls could you encourage @WeAreOpenreach to invest in our local infrastructure?

    So there's another update on my whole on going situation with @virginmedia making me have to feel like a ******* Karen constantly having to complain to get what I pay for and have had to open an @Ofcom complaint as well.
