Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

@virginmedia thank you for the link to the virgin media community page. i was able to create a post on there and was contacted by a staff member who arranged for a engineer to come out within 24 hrs. the issue has now been sorted out and my tivo box is now back up and running.

@virginmedia absolutely disgusting! Loyal customer for over 10 years. Intermittant service in my house for the last 3 years. On my 3rd hub, various set top boxes, and a full new cable installed from the property back to the box and still same without so much as an apology.
