    @virginmedia I was transferred numerous times. Then finally told that the person who set up the house transfer, has messed it up and somehow cancelled my access. With no solution on how to fix it

    Spend hours waiting for someone to answer @virginmedia then they just tell me ‘wait till tomorrow and it will work’. And it never does, cancellation never sounded so appealing

    @virginmedia would it be too much trouble for someone to fix my landline issue, I can't receive incoming calls, yet your call centre agents tell me there going to ring me back on my home line and then cut me off!!! Can't ring me back if I can't receive incoming calls!!!!!

    @virginmedia I was advised that I need to speak to a different department, by what feels like every department in Virgin Media! Whoever dealt with the house to house transfer has made an error.. and has somehow cancelled my service. But no department is taking responsibility to fix

    @virginmedia I managed to sort it myself having spent over 2 hours on hold. I never actually managed to speak to a person. Day 1 as a customer and I can’t speak to anyone to resolve an issue. Really is shocking and the more people I speak to it seems a common theme with your terrible service

    @virginmedia You’ve got to give it to Virgin Media, they’re consistent. Consistently providing an abysmal internet service in area 30, Nottingham, as always. imagine if the internet actually stayed on and didn’t drop 10+ times in an hour.

    @virginmedia please drop @YodelOnline as a delivery partner. Takes them 3 days to print a new address label. Despite being told by several support agents my parcel is at the depot, apparently its only just *** there. Gonna have to pay late setup now.

    @virginmedia It's not even a complaint. We have given you written notice, we had to also log that via the complaints form. We have been happy to pay in full to restart our router and tivo box everyday. But we just want to leave. Apparently this is impossible. Because no one replies.

    Just spent 30mins on the phone waiting to be connected to Virgin Media to cancel my account finally and the operator said she would put me through to the team that deals with it and the phone just cut.....
