When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

@virginmedia I have, the SNR and noise levels on the modem are fine, the packet detection is happening at the router level, and that’s connected directly into the modem via cable. Apparently there’s an ongoing issue in KT4 F008611099. Which has a fix day of 11/04 however it’s slipped 6 times.

@virginmedia No, I’m getting a single flashing green light. They seems to think it was a hardware issue, but I’m not sure if that is hardware as in modem/router or hardware as in the cables. It’s been installed just 2 weeks.

@virginmedia Hi @virginmedia when we call automated message says your engineers are fixing a complex issue. Is there an estimated time to fix this. Your status page still says no issues in HA8. Works for 2 mins, doesn't work for 10 mins and cycle continues. Its been well over 5 days for us.
