When you work from home you rely on the internet coverage from your supplier. Mine has gone down this morning with expected fix at 3pm. No prior warning from @virginmedia SHITE!!!!!

@virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

@virginmedia If you are wondering if @virginmedia is a good provider, do not and go elsewhere. Every day the network is down for a reason or another. This is time it is a 10 days fault. And if you leave in Hampstead it is the worst I have ever seen. And not add to this @TheO2 down as often.

Must say that the customer service @virginmedia is atrocious. Moved from pillar to post to activate my 360 account. An hour and a half and still no joy. Good mind to leave them!!!
