@RiotAngeI Ye virgin media’s been a ***** the last few days 🙈 they’ve released a statement saying that VM customers are using the internet more often than normal with everyone being home due to the lockdown that it’s having problems keeping up to speed, so not much they can do really 👎🏻🤣

@virginmedia totally disappointed and frustrated with service. Paying over £60 per month for WiFi only for it to be buffering for weeks. Husband key worker, needs constant Wifi access. Yet unable to contact virgin. Service zero.

@virginmedia WiFi across house very slow. The internet access was tested with cable ached to router. Internet speed good but Unable to open 2 government website WiFi signal around house was poor 5 recorded during Speedtests. Restarted Router x2. Turn off PC firewall. Still websites not work

@virginmedia I have been waiting a reply on your message service in the app since 22nd March for someone to tell me my bill amount has changed. Call centres closed and text number not replying except standard computer answers! Poor service

@virginmedia Have upgraded the service and in theory should be able to run an official but I've been having problems with my router for weeks. It's not working properly and barely allows me to watch Netflix! I'm a critical worker and this isn't helping. Can't speak to anyone!!

@virginmedia why is virgin so slow through walls? Currently pay for M350 fibre broadband but as soon as I go into the next room the speeds drop considerably even when using 2g which supposedly has better wall penetration. When I’m sitting downstairs I find myself using my data

@virginmedia I am struggling to connect through Citrix and need to know if the problem is with my internet service because my work can't see any issues. There seems to be an issue with an intermittent signal but I can't tell. Outside Citrix all is fine.

@virginmedia Well as the offers were double what is being offered to new customers and the operative told me to wait for better offers coming up (whilst I’m paying for the extortionate one I can’t afford) I have given my 30 days notice. Customer retention has never been so bad.
