@virginmedia Really need to speak with someone to order a replacement SIM card. Phone lines say customer service is closed & so does the local store phone number. Live chat is taking hours.

@virginmedia why have you sent two random people to my street today, cold call and come in my property due to internet issues and NOW MY INTERNET DOESNT WORK. WHAT ARE YOU PLAYING AT.

  • hannahtottle Hannah N-T (@hannahtottle) reported from Panteg, Wales

@virginmedia I don’t want to waste more of my day doing that, I want you to do what you (publicly) said you’d do, stop lying to customers online and actually do something to help. Virgin is worth £19.5 billion, I’m sure you can make the situation I’d imagine lots of people are in bearable.

  • cbissex Christine Bissex-Foster 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@cbissex) reported from Bargoed, Wales

@BackOnTrack__ @richardbranson @MailOnline @virginmedia You need to speak to @iestyntdavies about this. He had massive problems last week.

  • 3jakz__ jakz (@3jakz__) reported

@virginmedia Nothing at all. Same old nonsense about speeds being estimated and wireless connections being unstable, despite me repeatedly stating i use a wired connection and still have issues

  • NAMF247 NickF (@NAMF247) reported

    @virginmedia Awful "customer service "

  • defebe dave stead (@defebe) reported

@virginmedia in theory. I was previously told this had happened on a chat box.... I don't understand why the website is *so* bad. If it had worked, I'd have been able to order one online.

  • NAMF247 NickF (@NAMF247) reported

@virginmedia Another 30 minutes of my life wasted on to your non existent customer services on 03454541111

  • NAMF247 NickF (@NAMF247) reported

@virginmedia Done that. Engineer now booked for Thursday. Won't hold my breath. My wife has lost a days pay waiting in today. I will be cancelling my other VM contract as soon as possible. Awful way to treat customers.

  • NAMF247 NickF (@NAMF247) reported

@COYS_________ @virginmedia They are ****. Spent hours on the phone with no success.

  • pcmcd33_p P (@pcmcd33_p) reported

@virginmedia Plus I was told they would correct my credit score info (3-4 times I was told this) and still nothing. It shouldn’t be this difficult. I don’t understand wats going on?? Customer services don’t understand, even the guy in accounts thought I meant a credit limit!!!!

  • jamespatty93 James Pattinson (@jamespatty93) reported

@virginmedia Hi, I’ve checked it thanks. Is there any plan to upgrade this? It seems to be an occurring issue every other month where the internet is down for half a day at a time. After bills rising to contribute to new infrastructure, I thought this issue would be less frequent.

  • MarxdeMorais Marx de Morais (@MarxdeMorais) reported

@masters_nik @virginmedia @CamdenCouncil Who goes after Virgin my friend? We working closely with Virgin, who delivers a superb service. Those are Virgin boxes, nothing to do with Camden officers at all.
