@virginmedia We tried the chat option and after going through security questions got redirected to another department which was then closed and the chat ended 😡 I have sent an email complaint on your website. Appalling service and communication from day one.

You @virginmedia have the ABSOLUTE WORST telephone system I have ever wncountered. I’m trying to sort out an alleged unpaid bill (it bloody well isn’t an unpaid bill btw it’s incompetence on your behalf meaning I got billed well AFTER cancelling back in March 2020)

@virginmedia September, you replied in October and again in November. Dismissed the complaint in October and were still investigating in November bizarrely. I have the phone call transcript and audio file which prove I did not ask for a reconnection. So I don't owe you a bolt. Call off BPO!
