    @virginmedia My new equipment was due to be delivered yesterday my yodel which never arrived despite Virgin assuring me that it was definitely on route. I wasted a full days holiday. Today I have tried to use your customer services on the phone via WhatsApp & phone, both hopeless!

    @virginmedia I understand that the information is there but there is clearly a bug on the new website that isn't allowing new complaints to be filed. We have had issues with our Wifi and router for months it is effecting my work now and we need an engineer but I cannot get any help.
