@virginmedia I shall be raising a complaint yes. No attempt to find out if the router is faulty, just trying to sell more services. You have failed to deliver against your contract and the customer service is shocking. My complaint shall go to OFCOM also @Ofcom

@virginmedia @DannyHackett Be careful with the fob offs Danny - if it’s a connection problem (not your in house WiFi) then Virgin, as with any other cable company, can see your connection status from the modem to their services via DOCSIS and also should be able to see logs too 😉

@virginmedia I shared the screen prints of what they said. No attempt was made to diagnose or resolve. Only to sell boosters despite me advising them I have major WiFi issues. I’ve kept all the messages and you did bring but try to con me out of more money. And now you call me a liar!!

@Lol58Milne @virginmedia Hmm..I agree with you.. just saying by accepting the service, even on a rolling contract, you might find they've sneakily sent you emails with new Ts&Cs that by, accepting the service, over 20yrs, means you accept the terms. Ask them for the Ts&Cs and where the charge comes from

@virginmedia 2 engineers have been round now and still no resolution. It was mentioned that the first engineer booked an appointment for a wire to be replaced and it was found out that no such appointment was made

@virginmedia I have been a long suffering customer for more than 15 years, yet I have never known such poor service and even worse customer service as has happened this weekend. No broadband or TV since 1pm yesterday (Fleet, GU51). Now told it eill not be fixed until 10am Monday!

@virginmedia outage in RM5 area for 3 days now. No internet and no tv. Status for fix keeps changing. Please tell us what the problem is and give us realistic timeframe for fix. The customer service is on keeping customer informed is ridiculous
