@virginmedia No not yet your IVR won’t let me and your i’m waiting for a response from webchat, but that will take ages.. surely there must be a way to get though the awful IVR to speak to a human!

@virginmedia my internet down , gone through all the tests ETC , been on hold for 35 mins+ twice . done test and its taking me to book an engineer but that page crashes when trying to book . trying to get my wifi up as my wife works from home and turn off a box im not using

@virginmedia Yes it is. But without a mobile how do we contact you if the WiFi fails as the phone line doesn’t work, why don’t you allow emergency calls and to your operator 150? Without a mobile it’s impossible to report WiFi faults???

@virginmedia 1) I have an email saying that I will be contacted with an installation date and after an hour on the phone told it would be on Sunday. No timeframe. Expected to hang around all Sunday. No guidance on whether they need to get inside the property or not.
