  @virginmedia On hard wired, approx 250mbs out of 350mbs. It’s a hub 4 with new connectors added and bits of cable, but again I’m having to call support to see why our intellipods aren’t working.

  @virginmedia Still happening BB8 area code, signal drops and reconnects, I will deal with it publicly. I cannot watch shows on streaming, I can just about get a daily done if it cooperate long enough. This is not good enough service, you customer support is no help either.

  @virginmedia 4 days and counting, no TV, phone or broadband. No chance of getting through on the phone, webchat is a useless bot. Account notification says the ‘issue has been fixed’. Absolute disgrace.
