    @virginmedia new broadband routers now working, speeds dropped massively when I can get internet, tried for 14 minutes to get through to your customer service (being charged thanks for that) and can’t get access to my account as your team registered my email address wrong. Help!

    @virginmedia Yes, I understand that issues happen, but it would be nice to know more than just “we’re currently having issues”. If someone told me “a bolt of lightning from that thunderstorm you had hit the cabinet and fried it” or something, we’d probably be a lot more understanding.

    As my @virginmedia bill is now creeping up towads 130pcm I called to cancel or negotiate. A small discount was offered. I was surprised how little effort was made to retain a customer. (‘OK, thank you for calling’). So I’ll have to switch.

    @virginmedia Yes, I understand that. But after signing up to SMS updates four times via two methods, I’d expect to at least be receiving texts telling me that the fix times have been pushed back.

    @virginmedia No, I didn’t get any estimates. Just a generic “we’re sorry you’re still having issues, our engineers are currently working on it but it’s taking longer than expected” (something along those lines at least).

    @virginmedia I tried texting that number and got no answer. I just tried calling the helpline, was on hold for about 20 minutes, was asked for all my contact details and then your operator told me her system is down and I should call back in 2 hours!!

    @virginmedia Both wired and not, advised to turn off and back on, diagnostics checked at your end, engineer visit, resulted in all new v6 boxes (x2) and a new internet hub also internal wiring checked and re-connected. Issue seemed to be resolved for a while but after then goes off altogether

    @virginmedia I'm nearly 21 months into a 36 month contract I have a NOTE 8. I am not getting on with the mobile it's massive and stupidly big for someone with little hands. Am I able to down grade to a smaller one I want my iphone se again #littlehandproblems

    @virginmedia It’s been going on for months, I have had all new boxes and hub but it still goes down. I have been told to keep my local engineer up to date. There is nothing the help desk can do we have tried everything

My main email was so bad that I called them & they unlocked it but decided as I've had so many probelms to use other email & now can't use the new one!! Totally hopeles I just called again & have ben told to wait 24 - 48 HOURS!!!!

    @virginmedia No still doesn’t work. Had multiple problems with emails yesterday and spent over an hour on phone. Just found out that call cost me £36.22 on mobile all because our landline is faulty. Engineer tomorrow for that. Painful at the moment Virgin 🥲

    @virginmedia shocking experience with you tonight. Used your text service and wasted an hour trying to find out if I was eligible for Volt. Ended up calling and sorted in 10 mins (am eligible but lose current discounts so end up paying more, not a benefit after all!).
