    Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.

    Word of warning avoid @virginmedia 4 wifi like the plague. I rarely get even 20% of advertised speeds & the CS team are next 2 useless. Paying 4 daily disappointment that upsets the kids. Will never go back 2 them ever. Worst service I ave ever received @EE was so much better

    @virginmedia why does it seem impossible to sort my TV and WiFi out? My partner has been phoning up on and off for a year or more about poor signal, not being able to use catch and apps and general poor service. Just get fobbed off.] Is this how you treat all customers?

    @virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

    @virginmedia any chance of supporting existing customers, currently paying £32 a month but your offering new customers 25 a month. Helpline said nothing I can do as existing customer.

    @virginmedia another day another WiFi outage. This really is the worst WiFi I've ever had. Legally as you are not providing the service as promised am I allowed to cancel the contract ? @CitizensAdvice

    @virginmedia I dunno mate, that's why I tried to call you lot. You can't help, so don't worry about it. Another weekend without TV and internet, waiting for your engineer to turn up. Another complaint. Another refund.

    @virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

    @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

    @virginmedia Clearly not as the issue keeps coming back after multiple engineer fixes outside AND in my home. You're lying through your teeth and leaving me in the dark literally. Stop hiding behind "standard business" replies, be human and help me.

    @virginmedia I've tried to access my account, service status and then tried to raise a complaint each with the same result. Essentially my broadband is dropping pretty much daily now and it's becoming very frustrating. I work in IT so all of the "basic" checks have been done.

    @virginmedia I don’t receive new equipment because I was already a customer ..I agreed a new contract but then cancelled it ..I was told i couldn’t use the 14 day cooling off period because I was an existing customer

    @virginmedia Help!!! Can you explain why that ever since we've UPGRADED to gigabit broadband our service has been ridiculous, numerous calls to you with promises of "virtual" technicians calling us back to resolve, I've now had to resort to mobile tethering..fuming!!

    @virginmedia hi, Please can you explain yourself and get in contact asap to sort this situation. We called with a lot of notice to terminate our contract (we have been on rolling contract) and were told we were okay to terminate with no fee and a box would be sent. (1/)
