Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

@virginmedia One replacement 'hub 3' later and all OK now. A little disturbed that this was in part due to the practice of using referbished equipment even for first time installation? It has taken a few years to end up faulty and has been replaced by a refer. Maybe time to issue hub 4's
