@virginmedia my Wi-Fi has just gone off and within seconds your app is telling me there is a fault and the estimated fix is 3pm. Something tells me this is a planned outage. Why are you not communicating with customers who are relying on your service to work at home.

1) So of course @Virgin @virginmedia is incompetent and after we contacted them today they decided to actually do something about our internet that has been cutting for weeks. But of course that means they need to drag the problem. So no internet all day as they are "working"...
