    @virginmedia We had a 6 day internet outage at the end of July. I’ve just got the bill for next month and there are no credits on it to account for the outage - we’re still being charged the same amount.

    @virginmedia Hello, it's been awful! Really choppy and slow; I've had to use my mobile data instead of the WiFi. I checked to see if there were any outages apart from TV there appears to be none. What I have done, is I've switched off and on my router which seems to have helped.

    @virginmedia Yes but when I checked my status it said the issue was with TV. Then a link said it was broadband so I’m getting mixed messages and it’s now day THREE. I’m a relatively new customer so no idea if there is an issue with the original installation. I need support from a PERSON

    @virginmedia Hi, it's still really slow. I just tried to Google search something and reload Twitter and I've had to come on my mobile data again to do it, despite my router being turned off and on again.
