    @virginmedia You can, I assume this is potentially an agency who is managing their social media accounts. So you can kindly pass these on to a manager from the complaints team please. This is beyond poor customer service!

    @virginmedia pls can you help? Website and app help doesn't address the technical issues and don't provide way to contact you. Phoned 150, automated system said it would update & restart TV. Nothing happened. Can't watch recorded programmes since 12th Oct. Frustrating!

    @virginmedia Last pt... a helpful member of the community just advised me to text a random mobile number for help. May be innocent but I have no idea if that is a @virginmedia number ... feels a little suspicious / could be a scam? Hope the moderators track these types of things too.

    @virginmedia I’m trying to return equipment to you. I’ve filled out the form you sent to me twice and twice I’ve had an email and text to say that my return package has been sent to me. But I’ve never received it. Is there a problem with the service?

    @virginmedia thank you, yeah the fault was still ongoing, but finally was able to speak to someone after the ivr seemed to be reverted they told me that the connection will be monitored for 24 hours which is fruitless since it wont be resolved in that time frame as its a cabling issue

    @virginmedia I object to being told by your customer service agent that the fact Yodel are now 2 days late delivering my router, that this is my problem and nothing to do with Virgin now. Yodel tell lies, and last I checked it’s Virgin that I pay for a service. Nobody cares.
