Properly for the best part of a yr doesn't seem a problem to yourselves but your quite happy to take out monthly payment for a service we're paying for but you're not providing & seem to be in no hurry to provide it. Disgraceful service @virginmedia

@virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

@virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

@virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, he’s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

@syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

@virginmedia Absolute disgrace if a company, we cancelled our contract in March 2020 and still keep getting bills and cannot get through to you on the phone. We phone and all staff are just reading off a script and have no clue how to resolve your issues.

@virginmedia It only advises that it is a complex issue that your engineers are working hard on. From my own observations the service is intermittent. Sometimes it drops out totally but mostly it flicks on and off like a dying tubular light bulb. The net result is an unusable service.
