@virginmedia anyone thinking of getting their Wi-fi, think again. We’ve been with the now since NTL days and this HUB 3.0 has been the worst!! Not as good as the make out. The router is in a good position not hidden away yet it’s still crap!!

Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.
