    @virginmedia anyone thinking of getting their Wi-fi, think again. We’ve been with the now since NTL days and this HUB 3.0 has been the worst!! Not as good as the make out. The router is in a good position not hidden away yet it’s still crap!!

    @virginmedia we’ve been having trouble with our internet all morning went through your service status and did the checks and it said there was a problem and booked engineer to come out tomorrow and now all of a sudden it’s started working so can I cancel the engineer please

    Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

    @virginmedia I have been waiting a reply on your message service in the app since 22nd March for someone to tell me my bill amount has changed. Call centres closed and text number not replying except standard computer answers! Poor service

    Can you help @virginmedia broadband keeps dropping. It’s Ethernet connection or WiFi tried both. Reset the router and turned it off / on again. All wires checked. No area issues. It’s impacting my work now. I can’t wait 24hrs to check again.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp It's really not that easy to make a complaint to Virgin as you make that difficult too. Eleven times I asked to speak to a manager and eleven times they refused and ignored me. And the complaint can take 30 days to get a reply.

    @virginmedia Original install date was Dec 18th. They had problem with cabling under the pavement. But it now appears as if cabling is done (confirmed on call on 29th Dec) so new install date of today 7th. But it seems as if this has now been pushed back to the 26th Jan!

    @RJBrandDesign Our Virgin Media line went down for over a week last summer. I upgraded my (non-V) phone plan to unlimited data and ran the business through that. I think they gave me about 2p in compensation.
