@rwilliams1947 @virginmedia It seems VM are also messing up landlines too. They now need to connect the phone cable to the Wi-Fi hub . Which means lots of trouble in my house and many other properties across the UK. And good luck with trying to discontinue their contract - they make it very difficult.

@virginmedia I have a TiVo box but my tv screen keeps pixelating. It is not restricted to 1 channel. I have turned the box off at the plug but it has made no difference. Can you help?

Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

@virginmedia It works intermittently. This has been discussed over a series of phone calls through 12 months. A booster box has been sent too and its still poor. We're paying for a service we can't use when we want to. The TV box is next to the WiFi box downstairs & is still poor.

@virginmedia It's odd that I was having connection problems and slow speeds. I complained, then you sent me an email saying I'm no longer subject to traffic management, and then my speed increased. Mighty coincidence wouldn't you say? Still having drop-outs though. No one has called.

@virginmedia V6 box not working, no picture/sound on tv. Just called and had the worst customer service ever. She kept calling me ‘Mam’ & asking me to raise a complaint. I just wanted someone to help me troubleshoot & fix this as I have no tv. I pay £106 a month for this!
