Hey @bt_uk I’ve just had a call from a lady claiming to be BT Open Reach & there is a problem with my internet connection, I need to access my computer whilst on the phone with me to show me and fix the problem. As I’m with @virginmedia I’m guessing this is a scam. Am I right?

@virginmedia @MansfieldHerbal Sorry but I've just called too. The costs aren't justified at all. Will be £54 for just internet and to downgrade...I'll save £1. I guess we are all better off cancelling. Really bad offers and worse for existing customers. People can't afford this.

@virginmedia Spoke to an agent at 2pm y/day he offered me the services I have for £44 later checking my emails the price was £62.50 I contacted customer service who were absolutely useless I ended up cancelling Why would I accept a contract HIGHER priced than the one I am on ? 1/2

VIRGIN MEDIA SHAMBLES, Mar14 report a fault have reply our engineer is on site and working to fix the problem expect to be resolved by 2023-03-15 some 25 update emails later same message expect to have this resolved now by 2023-03-27 Not seen them anywhere around @virginmedia
