@virginmedia The issue is intermittent so not currently. The 3.0 hub has been rebooted multiple times and has had a factory reset but I still have intermittent Internet.

@virginmedia wow your customer services aren't geared up for this at all are they? Almost a year on in virtual service, no phone service, only web chat. It took from 2pm yesterday to 9am today to get a response from customer services who couldn't help anyhow! Bang goes retention!

@virginmedia No your your customer forum does say it’s immediately when done on the phone and I’ve just phoned and waited 45 mins and been cut off! Still not working? This is quite disappointing to be honest if it’s not showing by the 3pm I’m cancelling the premier sports and will complain

@virginmedia I am happy that you are confident. Sorry but the call to them on Friday with your retentions team also on the call should have been the time for them to act. Their flat out refusal of support after weeks of frustration has left me with no confidence.

@virginmedia They said there wasn't a fault in the area and said to basically turn the hub off and on again. When this happens the speeds we get are great for around 15-20 mins they then drop again. It's been an ongoing issue for months and is really poor for the price. I will try this thanks
