@JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

@virginmedia say my broadband bill is up from £39 pm to £58 pm wef 08/02. In Feb 2019 it was was £19 pm. That that's an increase of £39 pm. £368 a year rise in 2 years. On trying to talk about this I've three times waited over 30 minutes on hold with no answer. Customer service!
