@JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

@virginmedia No she hasn’t, she doesn’t have a Twitter account. She has stated that she has called 6 times, spoke to a team member and been told that she will receive a call, whic never came. This has been over a period of 2 months. Also enquired on your website twice and received no reply.

@abbiegrimesxxx @virginmedia Yep, customer service is terrible, I tried to cancel in October, had been with them 4 years and they tried to tell me I needed to pay over £200. Gfo took them till February to realise they were in the wrong, still haven't had an apology yet

@virginmedia I raised first complaint 17/1/21 which since been informed that has been closed despite me calling to keep it open on approx 6/2/21 then I have raised subsequent complaints on 12/2/21 and 2 further complaints on 02/03/21 due to lack of action to deal with the issue.
