    Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

    @virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Even after I called back a few times and gave my phone number, that if we get cut off to call me back! I got cut off intentionally again for the third time and the person never called back! I have never missed a bill so why treat me this way.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Yes the appointment was today between 08:00-12! No one turned up or left a card. The upsetting thing is I have called back many times and they have intentionally left me hanging on and also put the phone down on me! I am in complete shock!

    @virginmedia As usual never seems to be able to answer a question, always the need to fob people of to check something or other especially asking people to check service status when they complain about their connection to broadband.
