@virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

@virginmedia Really need to speak with someone to order a replacement SIM card. Phone lines say customer service is closed & so does the local store phone number. Live chat is taking hours.

@virginmedia 24 July, you sent the wrong number for one, then when we ring up you refuse the send the correct number and a new SIM card, I’m looking at taking this a lot further because it’s illegal what your doing, we are paying for a service that we are not receiving
