    @JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!

    Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

    @virginmedia Picture breaking up and when I leave the on demand service back to normal virgin tv I have a frozen picture every time. Have to restart the box to get back to channels. Engineer who came to my home told me the signal was too strong and he had corrected it.

    Just sat for 1hr watching GMB prior to going to Work . P&O discussed . Virginmedia & many more have sent 88% of Customer Service Call Centre Work abroad . The UK is not competitive anymore priced itself out the window . Everything is imported produces very little . Its Game Over

    @virginmedia this is now over 12 hours without broadband. Can someone please pick this up and take a look ? Service status is showing an issue with TV but broadband no issue ? I just checked TV and that is working fine even watching Netflix through tv
