@virginmedia My wife rang (as account in her name) eventually got through, and an engineer is expected in next few hours as I connection at all now!!Poor/no mobile signal at home as booster box is connected to your router, so even more inconvenience right now.

Virgin media are an absolute disgrace, talk about poor customer service. My wife has been over 50mins on the phone just trying to sort out a new hub as we upgrade to the box last month, got sold a new package and then best thing is the hub is to old to run what we need.

@Kayleidogyn @virginmedia The trick with virgin is to cancel. Refuse any and every offer they give you. They'll call you within a week with an even better offer to stay. Then it's up to you whether you take the lower offer for the **** service they provide or go to a half decent provider!
