    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp I have. They were not great. I did explain that the voice options stated there was an issue. However, your email said it would have been sorted last week. You breached the 6 hour window and the 5 people I spoke to in Timbuktu didn't understand me all that well 🤦#poorservice

    I cancelled @virginmedia broadband as the price kept increasing, the service wasn't. They offered 75% more speed for 40% less as I was such a "loyal customers for years". Effectively, they admitted they were overcharging me for years hoping that will make me stay! No thank you.

    @virginmedia Been given 6 different days/times when the issue will be resolved. just been put back another 12 hours. only been with you a few months and had 5 engineers out and loss of service every other day. How would i go about cancelling virgin? not providing the service i was promised
