    @virginmedia The device can handle it (it's the same device), and has Thunderbolt 3 ports so the issue could be on the router, which is from 5+ years ago

    @virginmedia I spoke to customer service. There are intermittent dropouts in NW4 and surrounding areas. The promised it would be fixed by 311220 yet now saying 050121. I have to reset all the time. Not impressed.

    @virginmedia so just held in a chat for 1 hour before getting a reply. Starting chatting , thought great getting somewhere. Then chat ended and asked to start again. Terrible customer care from virgin, broadband terrible, can’t get through on phone. Useless.

    @virginmedia Yep, tried that and have posted a post asked fir help, no reply as yet. Also requested to join the community forum especially for the intelligent WiFi pods (290 members)but mods have not responded yet with approval to join. It’s not so much community help I need, I want to tell
