Disappointed to be leaving Virgin Media having been a loyal customer for many years. Poor customer service- they were more than happy to terminate our contract without caring to discuss options. Having waited an age to discuss options this was so disappointing! #virginmedia

@virginmedia I'm moving home at the weekend so engineer's came out to the new property today to connect the outside cables to the house. They were unable to as the neighbours are using that cable. Hope you can help.

@virginmedia took out new contract. Been waiting 2 days for the service to be activated and have been promised 2 call backs to help resolve the issue which has I have not had. Very poor service indeed.

@virginmedia 3 wks, 2 engineer visits - worst broadband connection in history; can only get it in 1 room. Tv box keeps dying. Hub dies regularly & has to be reset. Phones don't even load internet. All for £90/mnth. Helplines are pathetic; no one does anything. #regrettingchoice
