Call citizens advice, they have professional lawyers that will speak to them for you and trust me they will kick them in the nuts while there at it.

Many disabled customers are put in danger bc their equipment & emergency equipment use Virgin. They charge a lot of money for a terrible service.

Manoj Parmar (@MannyParmar) reported@virginmedia The lightning strike fried the virgin media router AND the life line system too. One of your engineers came out yesterday evening and provided a replacement router which fixed the problem. All the residents there will need replacements pls help them asap.
